제2도는 본 발명에 따른 플라즈마 표시소자의 한 실시예의 개략적 부분 파단 사시도,
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 본 발명의 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 전면판과 배면판을 갖으며 상기 배면판에 다수의 양극시그널라인과 음극시그널라인이 X-Y매트릭스 상으로 배열된 채 방전공간에 노출되지 않도록 각각 절연층이 형성되고, 상기 양극시그널라인과 음극시그널라인의 교차부 가까이에는 방전공간에 노출되는 양극과 음극이 상기 해당 시그널라인으로 부터 인출되며 상기 양극의 상부에는 이와 동방향의 격벽이 마련된 플라즈마 표시소자에 있어서, 상기 양극시그널라인 상부에 형성된 절연층의 상부에 돌출된 제2양극을 갖는 제2양극시그널라인을 형성하고 상기 제2양극시그널라인의 상부에 절연층을 형성하되 상기 음극시그널라인과 교차되는 근접부에는 상기 제2양극시그널라인의 제2양극이 방전공간에 노출되게 하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2양극시그널라인 상면에 형성된 절연층 상부에 이와 동방향의 격벽이 형성되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시소자.
