Claims (9)
- 하우징(12) 내에 배열되어 세로 축선(2)을 따라 뻗은 파워 전류경로를 가지며 절연 매체로 채워진 하나 이상의 원통형 아킹 챔버(1)를 갖고, 이 파워 전류경로는 그 파워 전류경로에 배열된 고정 접촉 장치(3), 및 가동 접촉 케이지(8)를 갖는 접촉 장치(5)를 가지며, 고정 접촉 장치(3) 및 접촉 장치(5) 양자에는 고정 내부식성 커버링(7,10), 및 브레이킹 과정 중 발생하는 절연 매체의 증가압력을 축적하는 블래스트부가 설치된 차단기에 있어서, 온 위치에서, 상기 접촉 케이지(8)는 전기절연재로 구성된 안내부(4)를 둘러싸고, 상기 절연 하우징(12)은 제1내부식성 커버링(7)과 제2내부식성 커버링(10) 사이의 지역으로 돌출하는 숄더(13)를 가지며, 그리고 이 두 내부식성 커버링(7)(10)은 상기 가동 접촉 케이지(8)의 지역 둘레에 동심적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내부(4)와 상기 하우징(12)은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 아크(21)를 상기 세로 축선(2)을 중심으로 회전 변위시키는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기 아크(21)를 상기 세로 축선(2)을 중심으로 회전 변위시키는 상기 수단은 숄더(13)의 지역에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 더 높은 작동 전압을 위해, 상기 숄더(13)는 축방향으로 신장하도록 구성되고, 상기 내부식성 커버링들(7)(10)은 상기 숄더(13)의 신장에 따라 더 큰 간격으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 숄더(13)의 각 측부에는 환형으로 구성된 공간(15,17)이 마련되며, 접촉 이탈이후 상기 전기 아크 에너지에 노출된 제1공간(15)은 채널(16)에 의해 블래스트부에 연결되고, 상기 전기 아크 에너지에 노출된 제2공간(17)은 하나 이상의 연결부를 통해 배기부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 채널(16)은 환형 채널로서 구성되고, 상기 배기부로의 하나 이상의 연결부는 환형 채널(18)로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내부(4)의 표면과 상기 숄더(13)의 표면(14) 사이의 지역은 상기 가동 접촉 케이지(8)가 이 지역을 떠날 때 환형 갭(23)으로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 부식성 커버링들(7)(10) 중의 하나 이상은 흑연으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
