Abstract

본 발명은 배기가스를 이용한 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치에 관한 것으로서, 엔진과 연결된 배기 매니폴더와, 이 배기 매니폴더와 결합된 제1다기관과, 이 제1다기관의 일끝에 연결된 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치와, 이 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 다른 일끝에 제2다기관의 연결된 엔진 배기장치에 있어서, 상기 제2다기관과 관통 연결된 한쌍의 제1, 2파이프와, 이 제1, 2파이프와 각각 연결된 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치와, 상기 제1, 2파이프 사이의 제2다기관 내부에 밸브가 설치된 구조로서, 겨울에 자동차를 스타트시, 외부로 방출되는 고온의 연소가스를 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 내부로 환원시켜 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 온도를 상승시키고, 이에따라 상기 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 정화작용을 하기 위한 시간단축으로 방출되는 휴해한 배기 가스의 감소 및 대기오염을 방지하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 엔진과 연결된 배기 매니폴더와, 이 배기 매니폴더와 결합된 제1다기관과, 이 제1다기관의 일끝에 연결된 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치와, 이 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 다른 일끝에 제2다기관이 연결된 엔진 배기장치에 있어서, 상기 제2다기관과 관통 연결된 한쌍의 제1, 2파이프와, 이 제1, 2파이프와 각각 연결된 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치와, 상기 제1, 2파이프 사이의 제2다기관 내부에 밸브가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스를 이용한 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치의 외주면에 잠연을 방지하는 차단부재가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스를 이용한 삼원 촉매 컨버터장치.
