Abstract

본 발명은 지방산 또는 오일(a1)과 작용성 그룹이 하이드록실 그룹 및 카복실 그룹으로부터 선택되는 작용성이 비교적 높은 1종 이상의 화합물(a2)로부터 제조된 알키드 수지(a)와 유화제(b)를 포함하며 성분(a) 및 성분(b)에 필요한 모든 원료가 모두 재생가능한 출발 물질로부터 제조될 수 있는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 지방산 또는 오일(a1)과 작용성 그룹이 하이드록실 그룹 및 카복실 그룹으로부터 선택되는 작용성이 비교적 높은 1종 이상의 화합물(a2)로부터 제조된 알키드 수지(a)와 유화제(b)를 포함하며 성분(a) 및 성분(b)에 필요한 모든 원료가 모두 재생가능한 출발 물질로부터 제조될 수 있는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포화 또는 일불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 지방족 모노카복실산이 단독으로 또는 혼합물 형태로 알키드 수지 제조용 성분(a1)로서 사용되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄소수가 6 내지 18인 모노카복실산이 사용되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 고립된 이중결합 또는 공액 이중결합을 갖는 다중 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 지방족 모노카복실산이 단독으로 또는 혼합물 형태로 알키드 수지 제조용 성분(a1)로서 사용되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄소수가 16 내지 18인 다중 불포화 지방산이 알키드 수지 제조용 성분(a1)로서 사용되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 천연 오일 형태의 지방산 혼합물이 알키드 수지 제조용 성분(a1)로서 사용되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a2)에 따르는 화합물이 2개 이상 6개 이하의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 다작용성 지방족 하이드록시 화합물, 각각 1개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹과 1개의 카복실 그룹을 갖는 포화 및 불포화 지방족 디카복실산 및 방향족 디카복실산과 하이드록시카복실산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며 성분(a2)의 평균 작용가가 2보다 큰 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a2)가 1개의 카복실 그룹과 2개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하거나 2개 이상의 카복실 그룹과 1개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 지방족 또는 방향족 하이드록시카복실산을 포함하는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 유화제가 지방산 유도체, 탄화수소 및 폴리펩티드의 유도체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 알키드 수지의 OH기가 1 내지 80㎎/g인 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 알키드 수지의 산기가 1 내지 20㎎/g인 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 알키드 수지의 오일 길이가 40 내지 80%인 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼.
  13. 제1항에서 청구한 수성 알키드 수지 에멀젼을 포함하는 도료 조성물.
  14. 단일 피복 표면처리제 또는 상도제를 제조하기 위한, 제13항에서 청구한 도료 조성물의 용도.
  15. 하도제를 제조하기 위한, 제13항에서 청구한 도료 조성물의 용도.
