Abstract

본 발명은 특정 폴리올 혼합물(A) (평균 작용성이 1.6 내지 2.9인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(a)와 평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 6.0이며 수평균분자량이 700 내지 6,000이고 옥시에틸렌 단위 함량이 10중량% 미만인 폴리에테르 폴리올(b)을 OH/NCO 비가 1.3 내지 10.0인 조건하에서 반응시켜 제조한 OH-말단 반응 생성물(c)을 80 내지 100중량% 포함한다)과 특정 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(B) (평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 2.8이다)를 주요 발포제인 물의 존재하에서 우수한 작업성 및 가공성 하에 반응시켜 연속 기포성 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 신규한 방법에 관한 것이다. 수득한 발포체는 환경 변화에 대하여 뛰어난 치수안정성을 나타내며 건축용 내장재 및 외장재 또는 진공 절연체용 코어 재료등으로 적합하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 평균 작용성이 1.6 내지 2.9인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(a)와 평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 6.0이며 수평균분자량이 700 내지 6,000이며 옥시에틸렌 단위 함량이 10중량% 미만인 폴리에테르 폴리올(b)을 OH/NCO 비가 1.3 내지 10.0인 조건하에서 반응시켜 제조한 OH-말단 반응 생성물(c)을 80 내지 100중량% 함유하는 폴리올 혼합물(A)을 촉매와 발포제의 존재하에서 평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 2.8인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(B)와 반응시켜 연속 기포성 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 폴리올 혼합물(A) 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 물을 3 내지 20중량부 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물(A)을 함유하는 폴리올 성분(C)의 OH 당량에 대한 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(B)의 NCO 당량의 비로서 정의되는 NCO 지수가 1.5 내지 6.0인 방법.
