Claims (3)
- 평균 작용성이 1.6 내지 2.9인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(a)와 평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 6.0이며 수평균분자량이 700 내지 6,000이며 옥시에틸렌 단위 함량이 10중량% 미만인 폴리에테르 폴리올(b)을 OH/NCO 비가 1.3 내지 10.0인 조건하에서 반응시켜 제조한 OH-말단 반응 생성물(c)을 80 내지 100중량% 함유하는 폴리올 혼합물(A)을 촉매와 발포제의 존재하에서 평균 작용성이 2.0 내지 2.8인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(B)와 반응시켜 연속 기포성 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 폴리올 혼합물(A) 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 물을 3 내지 20중량부 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물(A)을 함유하는 폴리올 성분(C)의 OH 당량에 대한 유기 폴리이소시아네이트(B)의 NCO 당량의 비로서 정의되는 NCO 지수가 1.5 내지 6.0인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
