Abstract
본 발명의 유체 유동 분리기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유체가 유입되는 주공급관(31), 주 공급관(31)으로부터 분기된 제1분기관(32), 주 공급관(31)으로부터 분기되어 있으며 설정 압력에 따라 개폐 가능한 제2분기관(33) 및 상기 제2분기관(33)을 개폐하도록 탄성 부재(35)의 탄성력을 받는 피스톤 밸브 수단(34)을 포함하는 유체 유동 분리기에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 밸브 수단(34)이 제2분기관(33)을 폐쇄하고 있는 상태에서 상기 주 공급관(31)내 유체가 피스톤 밸브 수단(34)에 작용하는 단면적은, 상기 피스톤 밸브 수단(34)이 제2분기관(33)을 개방하고 있는 상태에서 유체가 피스톤 밸브수단(34)에 작용하는 단면적보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 유동 분리기(30)가 제공된다. 본 발명의 유체 유동 분리기는 유체 유동 라인에 있어 종래 기술과는 달리 고압이 발생될 여지가 없으므로 유동 라인의 구성이 보다 용이해지는 장점이 있다. 또한 유입되는 유체의 압력이 작용하는 피스톤 밸브의 단면적이 밸브 개방시와 폐쇄시에 차이가 있으므로, 이를 조정함으로써 밸브의 개폐시기를 조절할 수 있다.A fluid flow separator of the present invention. In addition, since the cross-sectional area of the piston valve acting on the pressure of the incoming fluid is different at the time of opening and closing the valve, it is possible to adjust the opening and closing time of the valve by adjusting this.
