Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전면부에 설치되는 대쉬판넬의 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 조립공정이 단축되고 와이어하네스의 손상이 방지되도록 하기 위해, 상단부가 실내측 상부로 절곡 연장되어 상단부와 하단부가 일체로 형성되는 대쉬판넬(10)과, 상기 대쉬판넬의 중간 절곡부 상단면에 하단부가 용착되고 상단부가 외측으로 절곡 연장되는 보강판(30)과, 상기 보강판의 상단부에 하단부가 용착되는 카울판넬(13)로 구성하여, 보강판(30)의 양단부에 대쉬판넬(20)과 카울판넬(13)이 각기 용접되어, 결합면의 용접성 및 기밀성이 향상되도록 하므로, 시일 도포공정이 필요 없도록 하고, 보강판(30)의 절곡부에 와이어하네스(14)가 위치되도록 하는 자동차 전면부의 차체구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상단부가 실내측 상부로 절곡 연장되어 상단부와 하단부가 일체로 형성되는 대쉬판넬과, 상기 대쉬판넬의 중간 절곡부 상단면에 하단부가 용착되고 상단부가 외측으로 절곡 연장되는 보강판과, 상기 보강판의 상단부에 하단부가 용착되는 카울판넬로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전면부의 차체구조.
