Claims (13)
- 다수 작업편의 동시 또는 분리된 다른 작업을 위해 기계 본체와 다수의 스핀들을 구비한 공작 기계에 있어서, 적어도 그의 회전 축을 따라 구동할 수 있고 축 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 2개의 스핀들(15,16)은 서로의 이동 방향에 수직으로 서로 지지되어 선 방향으로 모든 슬라이더를 상호 또는 서로 이동할 수 있도록 형성된 부분 슬라이더(7,8)에서 수용되며 결합된 슬라이더가 가이드 배열에 의해 기계 본체(2) 상에 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합된 슬라이더를 위한 가이드 배열은 2개의 직선 가이드(3,4)와 연결형 가이드 캐리어(5,6)로 이루어지며 부분 슬라이드(7,8)가 수직 방향으로 간격을 두어 서로 배열된 지지 가이드(9,10)에 의해 서로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합된 슬라이드(7,8)를 위한 가이드 배열은 결합된 슬라이드의 외측부에 연결형 2개의 직선 가이드(3,4)와 모든 슬라이드에 배열되고 연결형 가이드 캐리어(5,6)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 지지 가이드는 2개의 직선 가이드(11,13)와 연결형 가이드 캐리어(12,14)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리된 구동 유니트(38,39)는 부분 슬라이드(7,8) 각각에 부가되고, 조정 유니트를 통해 상호 그리고 동시에 또는 서로 독립되어 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측정 시스템을 통해 결정된, 스핀들 축과 연결형 공작 절단 에지(34,35) 사이의 측정 편차에 의하여 정정 설치를 위한 부분 슬라이드(7,8)의 상관 이동이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들(15,16)은 모터 스핀들로 형성되고 회전자가 스핀들 축(24,25)상에, 그리고 고정자가 스핀들 하우징(17,18)에 배열되며 스핀들(15,16)이 그의 축 방향으로 이동하기 위한 구동부(36,37)로 이루어지며 양 스핀들의 상호, 동시 이동 또는 정정 설치 또는 공금 이동의 실행을 위한 서로의 상관 이동이 가능한 조정 장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들(15,16)은 수직 스핀들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들(15,16)은 작업편의 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들(15,16)은 공구들을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 공작 지지대(30)가 기계 본체(2)상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 제11항에 있어서, 다중 터릿(30)으로 양호하게 설치된 공장 지지대는 모든 스핀들(15,16)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장 기계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 공작 지지대가 기계 본체(2)상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
