본 발명은 제지 슬러지, 석탄회, 완숙퇴비, 도시하수슬러지, 시멘트 슬러지, 복합비료 및 폴리아크릴계 점도 증가제 또는 폴리 비닐계 점도증가제 또는 이들의 혼합물으로 구성된 점도증가제 중에서 선택된 점도증가제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 인공 배양토 조성물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인공 배양토 조성 물은 pH 교정 효과를 극대화하고, 식물의 생육을 유지 보전하며, 접착성을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라 폐기물 재활용 효과를 극대시키는 장점을 갖는다.The present invention is characterized by consisting of a viscosity increasing agent selected from paper sludge, coal ash, mature compost, municipal sewage sludge, cement sludge, composite fertilizer and a polyacrylic viscosity increasing agent or a polyvinyl viscosity increasing agent or a mixture thereof.
