Claims (8)
- 파이프(2)와 이 파이프내에 배열된 최소한 하나의 믹서부재(10)로 이루어지고, 파이프는 혼합될 매체의 주흐름방향(4)을 규정하고, 믹서부재의 구성요소는 실질적으로 웨브(3,31)이고, 웨브는 각각 주흐름방향에 대하여 각을 이루는 고점성 매체용 스태틱믹서장치에 있어서, 파이프의 횡단면이 믹서부재에 의해 완전히 막히지 않은, 즉 믹서부재의 횡웨브(31)의 측에지와 파이프벽 사이에 형성된 2개의 원호형 에지영역에 주흐름방향에 대하여 경사지게 배열된 웨브(30)를 가지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성 매체용 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 웨브(3)는 실질적으로 폭이 동일하고, 2개의 에지영역내의 횡웨브와 파이프벽 사이의 거리는 하나의 웨브의 폭보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주흐름방향(4)으로 연장되는 리브(5)가 2개의 에지영역의 각각에 배설되고, 믹서부재(1)에 고정되어 믹서부재를 보강하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수의 믹서부재(1,1',1˝)가 배설되고, 믹서부재(1)에 결합된 리브(5)는 인접하는 믹서부재(1',1˝)의 중간부분으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 리브(5)는 원호형 에지영역의 섹터(60)를 실질적으로 완전히 채우는 횡단면을 그 중앙에 가지고, 섹터는 파이프벽의 원호(61)와 믹서부재의 횡표면의 부분(62)과 이를 연결하는 2개의 연결부분(63,64)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 믹서부재의 횡표면(62)에 직각으로 측정된 섹터(60)의 높이는 이 섹터의 폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱믹서장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치용 믹서부재.
- 플라스틱용융물을 혼합 및 균질화하기 위한 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치의 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
