Abstract

본 발명은 TFT 소자층과 블랙 매트릭스가 각각 있는 대향된 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 양전극층을 포함하는 두 매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성수지 환합물을 주입하고 자외선으로 경화시켜 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자를 제조함에 있어서, TFT 소자층을 갖는 ITO 전극 기판의 상부에 하부면에 요철이 형성된 2개 이상의 다면을 갖는 석영 블록을 위치시키고, 각 면으로부터 자외선을 조사하여 액정고분자수지 복합체를 형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산형 액정표시 소자의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 액정표시소자는 액정고분자수지 복합체의 상분리 정도가 균일하고 안정하여 판넬의 상기 사용성등의 신뢰성 향상 및 콘트라스트의 향상 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 사용되는 석영블록의 구조도, 제3도는 종래의 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자의 제조원리도, 제4도는 종래의 자외선을 경사진 방향으로 조사되는 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자의 제조원리도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. TFT 소자층과 블랙 매트릭스가 각각 있는 대향된 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 양전극층을 포함하는 두 매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성수지 혼합물을 주입하고 자외선으로 경화시켜 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자를 제조함에 있어서, TFT 소자층을 갖는 상부 ITO 전극 기판의 상부에 하부면에 요철이 형성된 2개 이상의 다면을 갖는 석영 블록을 위치시키고, 각 면으로부터 자외선을 조사하여 액정고분자수지 복합체를 형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산형 액정표시 소자의 제조방법.
