Claims (1)
- TFT 소자층과 블랙 매트릭스가 각각 있는 대향된 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 양전극층을 포함하는 두 매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성수지 혼합물을 주입하고 자외선으로 경화시켜 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자를 제조함에 있어서, TFT 소자층을 갖는 상부 ITO 전극 기판의 상부에 하부면에 요철이 형성된 2개 이상의 다면을 갖는 석영 블록을 위치시키고, 각 면으로부터 자외선을 조사하여 액정고분자수지 복합체를 형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산형 액정표시 소자의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
