Claims (8)
- 상편광판, 상부유리기판, 제1투명도전막 및 제1배향막 순으로 형성된 상판과, 하편광판, 하부유리기판, 제2투명도전막 및 제2배향막 순으로 형성된 하판을 합착시켜 액정층을 형성하여 제조되는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 상편광판과 상부유리기판 사이에 소정 두께를 갖고 형성되는 굴절율 차이가 7.8×10-3인 상위상차필름과; 상기 하편광판과 하부유리기판 사이에 소정 두께를 갖고 형성된 하위상차필름으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상위상차필름은 두께가 51μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상위상차필름은 광축각도가 85인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하위상차필름은 굴절률 차이가 7.8×10-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하위상차필름은 두께가 47μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하위상차필름은 광축각도가 119인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층의 트위스트 각이 100도 내지 180도인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층의 복굴절 위상차가 0.8∼2.0μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
