Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 무선호출 수신기의 벨트클립 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 본체에 착탈이 쉽고 착용시 외부의 충격이나 외력에 의해 쉽게 탈락이 되지 않는 벨트클립의 이중잠금장치체 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 너무 쉽게 본체에서 이탈되어 기기가 분실 또는 파손되지 않도록 하며 사용자가 쉽게 조작하면서 잠금되어 확실한 잠금 및 사용자의 부주의로 인한 분실 및 파손을 최소화시키는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 힌지축을 관통되게 끼워조립할 수 있는 힌지구멍을 갖춘 벨트클립과, 이 벨트클립을 본체에 연결하는 것으로 힌지구멍과 안내턱과 삽입홈과 걸림리브와 걸림턱을 갖춘 벨트클립홀더와, 벨트클립홀더의 안내턱이 조립되는 안내홈과걸림홈과 안내홈의 하나의 옆에 돌기를 갖춘 텐션부가 형성된 구멍과 이 구멍과 안내홈 사이에는 안내구멍을 구비한 본체와, 본체의 구멍에 조립되어 안내턱에 조립되는 벨트클립홀더를 잠금하는 것으로 돌기와 접촉되는 돌기와 안내구멍에 조립되고 벨트클립의 삽입홈에 끼워져서 벨트클립홀더를 잠금하는 스토퍼를 갖춘 라커와, 그리고 벨트클립이 벨트클립홀더에 조립된 후 탄력을 갖게 하는 스프링으로 구성된 장치이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 무선호출 수신기의 벨트클립 고정장치에 있어서 이중으로 잠금장치가 되어 있어 사용자의 부주의 및 잠금을 잊었을 경우 즉, 라커가 풀렸을 경우 벨트클립홀더의 걸림턱과 본체의 걸림홈이 항상 걸려 있는 상태가 되어 이탈을 방지함에 따라 분실 및 파손을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 벨트클립의 이중잠금장치의 분리 사시도이다, 제4도는 제3도의 "A"부분의 분리 사시도이다, 제5도는 제3도의 "B-C"선을 따라 절개한 단면도이다, 제6도는 제3도의 "D-E"선을 따라 절개한 단면도이다, 제7도는 본 발명에 따른 벨트클립의 이중잠금장치 조립 사시도이다, 제8도는 본 발명에 따른 벨트클립홀더와 본체가 서로 결합된 것을 보인 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 본체에 벨트클립을 착탈이 가능하며 이중으로 잠글 수 있게 고정하는 장치에 있어서, 힌지축(82)을 관통되게 끼워조립할 수 있는 힌지구멍(80)을 갖춘 벨트클립(78)과, 이 벨트클립(78)을 상기 본체(50)에 대하여 힌지축(82)을따라 소정의 각도로 회동되게 연결하는 것으로, 상기 힌지구멍(66)과 같이 힌지축(82)에 의해 관통되는 힌지구멍(80)과,상기 본체(50)에 끼워지는 안내턱(68)과, 안내턱(68)의 일측면에 삽입홈과, 그 중앙에 탄력을 가진 걸림리브(72)와, 걸리리브(72)의 끝단에 걸림턱(74)을 갖춘 벨트클립홀더(64)와, 상기 벨트클립홀더(64)의 안내턱(68)이 조립되는 안내홈(52)과, 이 안내홈(52)의 사이에 상기 벨트클립홀더(64)의 걸림턱(74)이 조립되는 걸림홈(54)과, 상기 안내홈(52)의 하나의옆에 돌기(60)를 갖춘 텐션부(58)가 형성된 구멍(56)과, 이 구멍(56)과 안내홈(52) 사이에는 안내구멍(62)을 구비한 상기 본체(50)와, 상기 본체(50)의 구멍(56)에 조립되어 상기 안내턱(68)에 조립되는 벨트클립홀더(64)를 잠금하는 것으로, 상기 본체(50) 텐션부(58) 돌기(60)와 접촉되는 돌기(86)와, 상기 안내구멍(62)에 조립되고 상기 벨트클립홀더(64)의 삽입홈(70)에 끼워져서 상기 벨트클립홀더(64)를 잠금하는 스토퍼(88)를 갖춘 라커(84)와, 그리고 상기 벨트클립(78)이 상기 벨크클립홀더(64)에 조립된 후 탄력을 갖게 하는 스프링(76)으로 구성되어, 상기 스프링(76)을 벨트클립(78)과 벨트클립(78) 사이에 위치시키고 벨트클립(78)을 벨트클립홀더(64)에 상기 각각의 힌지구멍(66,80)에 힌지축(82)를 관통시켜 조립하고, 상기 벨크클립홀더를 안내턱(68)에 의해 본체(50)의 안내홈(52)에 끼우되, 걸림리브(72)의 걸림턱(74)이 걸림홈(54)에 끼워지게 하며, 라커(84)를 본체(50)의 구멍(56)에 끼우되, 라커(84)의 스토퍼(88)가 본체(50)의 안내구멍(62)에 조립되게 하고 라커(84)의 돌기(86)와 텐션부(58)의 돌기(60)가 접촉되게 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트클립의 이중잠금장치.
