Claims (8)
- 정전형 변환수단에 교류전력을 가하여 진동을 발생시키는 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 정전형 변환수단의 용량성분을 상쇄 또는 저감시키기 위한 정전용량이 정전형 변환수단에 병렬 또는 직렬로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 정전형 변환수단에 교류전력을 가하여 진동을 발생시키는 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 정전형 변환수단에 접속된 정전용량과 이 정전용량에 흐르는 전류의 위상을 180도 변화시키는 위상변환단이 설치되고, 상기 정전용량과 위상변환수단에 의하여 정전형 변환수단의 용량성분에 흐르는 전류 또는 용량성분에 걸리는 전압이 상쇄 또는 저감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정전용량 및 위상변환수단이, 정전형 변환수단과 병렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정전용량 및 위상변환수단이, 정전형 변환수단과 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 정전형 변환수단에 전압을 가하여 진동을 발생시키는 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 정전형 변환수단의 일단에가해지는 전압을 증폭하는 증폭기와, 이 증폭기의 증폭 출력단과 정전형 변환수단의 상기 일단과의 사이에 접속된 정전용량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 정전용량이 정전형 변환수단의 용량성분의 대략 1/N배일 때에, 증폭기의 증폭도가 대략(N+1)배인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 정전형 변환수단의 용량성분과 저항성분을 포함하는 주파수 선택회로와, 이 주파수 선택회로를 정귀환 루우프에 배치한 증폭기를 가지고, 상기 주파수 선택회로에서 결정되는 주파수에 의하여 자력발진하는 것을 특징으로 하는정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 주파수 선택회로에서는, 증폭기의 정귀환 루우프내에 저항과 정전용량이 접속되고, 정전형 변환수단의 일단이 증폭기의 비반전 입력부에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 변환수단의 구동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
