Claims (4)
- 다속비주변속색션(15)과 이에 직렬로 연결된 부변속색션(17)을 포함하는 복합변경기어 변속기(11)에는 상기 주변속색션은 선택된 부변속섹션기어비를 맞물리고 분리하기 위해 중립비변위 위치에서 축방향으로 이동가능한 제1시프트 로드(83)를 구비한 시프트제어조립체를 포함하고; 상기 부변속 색션은 선택된 부변속 선택기어비를 맞물리고 분리하기 위해 축방향으로 이동가능한 제2시프트로드(85)를 포함하고; 시프트로드 조립체(91)는 상기 제1시프트로드(83)맞물리고, 상기 제2시프트로더(85)의 축방향 운동을 허락하는 동안 축방향 비변위 위치에서 축방향 운동을 방지하는 제1위치(제3도)와, 상기 제2시프트로드(85)를 맞물리고 상기 제1시프트로드(83)의 축방향 운동을 허락하는 동안 축방향 운동을 방지하는 제2위치 사이에서 작동하는 인터록핀부재(103)를 구비한 복합변경기어변속기에 있어서, (가) 상기 제1시프트로드(83)는 하나이상의 정상위치(제3도)와 상기 주변속색션의 비중립이 소정의 기어비에 해당하는 인터록 비작동위치를 지니고; (나) 상기 제1시프트로드가 상기 인터록 비작동위치의 상기 변위위치에 있을때 상기 제1시프트로드(83)가 인터록핀부재(103)에 수용되게 배설된 인터록 리세스(105)를 형성하여 상기 제2시스트로드(85)의 축방향 운동을 허락하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합변경기어 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1시프트로드(83)가 중립 비변위 위치에 있을때 상기 제1시프트로드(83)가 상기 인터록핀부재(103)를 수용하도록 배설된 환상홈(99)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합변경기어 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인터록 리세스(105)가 상기 환상홈(99)에 인접배설되어 이하 개방 연통되어져, 상기 제1시프트로드(83)가 정상위치에서 상기 인터록 비작동위치로 이동하므로서 상기 인터록 핀부재(103)가 상기 환상홈(99)에서 상기 인터록 리세스(105)로 상기 제1시프트로드(83)에 대해 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합변경 기어변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인터록 핀부재(103)에 대한 상기 인터록 리세스(105)와 회전은 상기 주변속색션(15)에서 역기어를 선택하기 위한 제1시프트로드(83)의 운동에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합변경기어 변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
