Abstract
합성된 2-히드록시메틸메타아크릴레이트를 정제함에 있어서 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 폴리프로필렌글리콜을 회석재 및 열매체로써 2∼30%을 첨가하고, 중합방지제를 부가한 다음 단증류방법으로 증류정제하므로써 수율이 높고, 색도가 10 이하인 제품을 얻는다. 이 방법을 적용하므로써 장치에 대한 투자비가 절감되고 체류시간이 적어 중함을 방비할 수 있는 효과도 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 합성된 크루드 2-히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트를 정제함에 있어서 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 폴리프로필렌글리콜을 회석제 및 열매체로 하여, 여기에 중합방지제를 부가하고 단증류 방법으로 증류정체함을 특징으로 하는 2-히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합방지제는 페녹시아진, 4-페톡시페놀, 하이드로퀴논, 하이드라진 하이드레이트 또는 베타 하이드록시에틸 하이드라진이고 첨가량은 피청제물의 0.01∼10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회석제 및 열매체는 피정제물의 2∼30중량%임을 특징으로 하는 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트의 정제방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
