Abstract

본 발명은 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(F115)을 함유하는 펜타플루오로에탄(F125)의 정제에 관한 것이다.
F125-F115의 혼합물의 정제는 추출제로서 C5~C8알칸 또는 시클로알칸을 사용한 추출 증류로써 실행한다.

펜타플루오로에탄의 정제 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 n-펜탄 및 추출 증류 컬럼을 사용하여 F125-F115의 혼합물로부터 F125를 분리-정제하는 것을 나타낸다. 제2도는 시클로헥산 및 단순 증류 컬럼 및 추출 증류칼럼의 조합을 사용하여 F125-F115의 혼합물로부터 F125를 분리-정제하는 것을 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(F115)을 함유하는 펜타플루오로에탄(F125)의 추출 증류에 의한 정제 방법에 있어서, 사용하는 추출제가 C5~C8직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알칸 또는 시클로알칸임을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출제가 25~85℃의 비점을 갖는 알칸 또는 시클로알칸인 정제 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추출제를 n-펜탄, 이소펜탄, 시클로펜탄, n-헥산, 이소헥산 및 시클로헥산으로부터 선택하는 정제 방법.
