Abstract

(목적) 양 하우징간의 자유로운 회전을 간단한 작업으로, 록 또는 록 해제할 수 있는 회전 커넥터를 제공한다.
(구성) 제1하우징(1)에 얇은부(1a)를 개재하여 지지부재(6)를 일체 성형함과 동시에, 제2하우징(2)에 1쌍의 걸어맞춤 돌출부(10a, 10b)를 일체 성형하고, 회전 커넥터의 제조단계에 있어서, 양 하우징(1,2)을 적당하게 위치 맞춤한 후, 상기 지지부재(6)의 지지부(6b)에 태핑나사(7)를 나사삽입함으로써, 그 태핑나사(7)를 양걸어맞춤 돌출부(10a,10b)에 맞닿게 하고, 회전 커넥터를 스티어링장치에 조립할 때에 상기 지지부재(6)를 얇은부(1a)에서 절단함으로써, 양 하우징(1,2)간을 자유롭게 회전할 수 있게 하였다.

제2도는 상기 회전 커넥터의 평면도,
제3도는 제2도의 A-A선에 따른 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 회전 자유롭게 연결된 제1 및 제2하우징과, 이들 제1 및 제2하우징간에 수납 권회된 가요성 케이블과, 상기 제1하우징에 절단부를 개재하여 일체 성형된 지지부재와, 이 지지부재에 고정된 회전규제 부재와, 상기 제2하우징에 일체 성형된 걸어맞춤 돌출부를 구비하고, 상기 회전규제 부재의 선단이 상기 걸어맞춤 돌출부에 맞닿음으로써 상기 제1 및 제2하우징간의 자유로운 회전이 저지되며, 상기 지지부재가 상기 절단부에서 상기 제1하우징으로부터 제거됨으로써 상기 제1 및 제2하우징간의 록이 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단부가 얇은부인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전규제 부재가 태핑나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸어맞춤 돌출부가 원주방향으로 소정간격을 가지고 1쌍 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 커넥터.
