Claims (12)
- 가속 센서가 진동 매쓰에서 제1전극을 가지며, 이 전극은 두개의 고정된 전극 사이의 전기장에서 가속력에 따라 편의 이동될 수 있고, 이 고정 전극과 움직일 수 있는 전극 사이에 형성된 두개의 콘덴서는 차동 콘텐서로서 형성되어 있고, 그리고 그의 커패시턴스는 정지 상태에서 거의 같은 크기이며, 두개의 콘덴서를 역상으로 충전시키는 제어가능한 구동기 및 가속에 따른 신호를 얻기 위한 평가 회로를 가지는, 가속 센서의 커패시턴스 신호를 평가하기 위한 회로 장치에 있어서, -구동기(4,5)가 형성되어 있고, 이것은 동작 전압의 진폭과 역상의 직각 신호로 양 콘덴서(2,3)의 충전을 한 콘덴서(2)로부터 제2콘덴서(3)로의 전환 충전을 시키머. -콘덴서(2,3)의 공동 중간 탭(c)에서 전압을 얻어 이 전압 변경량(ΔU)을 콘덴서의 전환 충전 후에 검출하는 평가 회로(20)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평가 회로(20)가 제1스위치(S1)를 가지며, 이것으로 콘덴서(2,3)의 중간 탭(c)이 미리 제공된 전압(Ub)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간 탭(c)뒤에 증폭기가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 중간 탭(c)에 뒤에 제어가능한 두개의 기억 장치(8,9)가 연결되며, 각각의 제어가능한 기억 장치(8,9)는 콘덴서(2,3)에 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스위청 논리 회로(17)가 제공되며, 이것으로 제1스위치(S1) 및 기억 장치(8,9)의 양 스위치(S2,S3)가 제어가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 중간 탭(c)뒤에 차동 증폭기(10)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이 평가 회로(20)는, 차동 증폭기(10)의 출력 전위를 톱니파 발생기(13)를 통해 펄스폭 변조된 신호(PWM-신호)로 바꾸도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이 구동기 (4,5)의 제어를 위한 PWM-신호는, 가속 센서(1)의 진동 매쓰가 미리 제공된 위치를 취하도록 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 평가 회로(20)의 출력(18)에서 가속에 비례하는 전압(Ua)이 측정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평가 회로(20)가 입력(19)을 가지며, 이것에서 테스트신호가 기능의 안전을 점검하기 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 평가 회로 장치(20)가 바람직하게는 초미세 가속센서와 함께 바람직하게는 칩 위에 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 이 평가 회로(20)가 바람직하게는 차량에서의 에어백을 위한 릴리즈 회로로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가 회로 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
