Abstract

본 발명에 따르면 알킬 술페이트를 촉매로 사용하고, 본웅 원료인 알콜을 비연속적으로 분할 첨가하여 공급하며, 비극성 용매를 용제로 사용하는 공정을 이용함으로써 반응시간을 단축시키고, 경제성 및 품질이 개선된 프탈산 에스테르를 제조하는 개량된 제조방법이 제공된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 부탄올과 무수프탈산을 반응시켜 디부틸프탈레이트를 제조하는 반응에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알킬슬페이트 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 디부틸프탈레이트의 제조방법.
    (상기식에서, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하며, 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C1∼C4지방족 알킬기를 말한다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 과잉 부탄올을 산가(반응율)에 따라 수회로 분할 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 디부틸프탈레이트의 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비극성 용매와 과잉 부탄올을 혼합 사용함을 특징으로 하는 디부틸프탈레이트의 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2당량의 부탄올과 용매를 혼합첨가한 후, 산가 60∼70(반응율 : 70∼75%)에 도달하였을때 과잉 부탄올을 연속적으로 투입, 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디부틸프탈레이트의 제조 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 벤젠, 톨루엔, o, m, p-크실렌, 데칸, 노난, 옥탄, 헵탄 또는 헥산임을 특징으로 하는 디부틸프탈레이트의 제조 방법.
