Claims (2)
- 중량부(%)로서, TiB2가 10∼60%, 붕소(B) 또는 붕소화합물이 2%이하, 페놀수지 또는 탄소가 0.5∼5.0%이고, 나머지는 SiC로 조성시켜 혼합하여, 2,000∼2,200℃ 온도에서 상압소결하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화슈소(SiC)/티탄-붕소(TiB2) 복합소결체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕소화합물이 B4C임을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소(SiC)/티탄-붕소(TiB2) 복합소결체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
