Abstract

본 발명은 SiC 세라믹스에 TiB2첨가로 인한 입자미세화에 따라 탄성계수, 강도 및 인성이 향상된 기계적 특성을 갖는 복합소결체의 제조에 관한 것으로, 중량비(%)로서, TiB2가 10∼60%, 붕소(B) 또는 붕소화합물이 2%이하, 페놀수지 또는 탄소가 0.5∼5.0%이고, 나머지는 SiC로 조정시켜 혼합하여, 2,000∼2,200℃ 온도에서 상압 소결하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소(SiC)/티탄-붕소(TiB2) 복합소결체의 제조방법에 관한 기술임.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량부(%)로서, TiB2가 10∼60%, 붕소(B) 또는 붕소화합물이 2%이하, 페놀수지 또는 탄소가 0.5∼5.0%이고, 나머지는 SiC로 조성시켜 혼합하여, 2,000∼2,200℃ 온도에서 상압소결하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화슈소(SiC)/티탄-붕소(TiB2) 복합소결체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소화합물이 B4C임을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소(SiC)/티탄-붕소(TiB2) 복합소결체의 제조방법.
