Description

나이론 스펀라이크 직물 및 그 제조방법
본 발명은 스펀라이크한 촉감을 갖는 나일론 직물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 위사방향으로 스트라이프(Stripe) 효과 및 팬시(Fancy)한 느낌을 갖는 특수구조의 나이론 직물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
나일론 필라멘트를 소재로한 직물은 소재자체가 갖는 왝시(waxy)한 감촉 및 외관 때문에 직물로서의 용도 효과가 제한되어 왔다. 종래 나일론 직물은 경위사를 1본씩 교차시켜 수득하는 평직이 일반적이며 이와 같은 직물에서는 상술한 바와 같이 밋밋한 외관과 그 왝시한 촉감 때문에 이상적이지 못하였다.
그와 같은 외관에 변화를 주기 위하여 2방 또는 4방 연속무늬로 제직하는 도비(Dobby) 직물이 있었지만 제조방법에 어려움이 있고 생산성도 문제가 있으며 무엇보다도 촉감과 외관효과 평직직물에 비하여 별로 나아질 것이 없는 설정이었다.
본 발명은 이같은 종래의 나일론 필라멘트 직물의 결점을 개선키위하여 연구 노력한 결과 새로운 효과를 갖는 나일론 평직직물을 제조하는 방법을 창안하여 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
즉, 본 발명은 나일론 직물을 평직으로 제직함에 있어서, 경사로서 50 내지 120데니어의 나일론 필라멘트를 사용하고, 위사로서 상기 경사성분과 동일 데니어의 나일론사를 제1위사로, 상기 경사성분보다 2 내지 5배의 데니어를 갖는 나일론 에어 텍스쳐드가공사를 제 2 위사로 사용하여 제 1 위사와 제 2 위사를 각각 1 내지 5회씩 반복 교호로 위입시키는 것을 특징으로한 나일론 직물의 제조방법 및 그로부터 수득한 나일론 스펀라이크 직물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에서 제 1 위사는 경사성분으로 사용하는 50 내지 120데니어의 나일론 필라멘트사를 그대로 사용하거나 동일 데니어급의 나일론 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 사용하는 것이 좋다.
본 발명에서 제 2 위사는 경사 또는 제 1 위사에 비하여 2 내지 5배의 데니어를 갖는 나일론 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 사용하는 것이 특히 바람직한데, 2배 미만인 것을 사용할 경우 위사방향 스트라이프 효과가 뚜렷하지 못하게 되고 5배 초과할 경우 가늘은 제 1 위사가 굵은 제 2 위사에 묻혀 이역시 스트라이프 효과가 발현되지 못하게 되고 제직작업도 불량하게 된다.
본 발명에서 제 2 위사는 스펀라이크한 효과를 발현시키는데 중요한 인자로써 직물을 감촉할때 일반적으로 태사성분이 촉감을 좌우하는 경향을 감안하여 제 1 위사보다 태사성분을 사용하되 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 선택사용 하는 것이다.
본 발명에서 위사를 경사에 위입시키는 방법에 있어서 얻고자하는 스트라이프 효과에 따라 제 1 위사와 제 2 위사를 평직상에 위사로서 적정수로 교호로 인입시키는 것이 중요한데, 제 1 위사와 제 2 위사를 1 대 1로 교호로 인입시켜도 좋으나 보다 큰 스트라이프를 얻기위해서는 바람직하게는 2 내지 5회씩 제 1 및 제 2 위사를 위입시키는 것을 반복하는 것이다.
그러나 5회를 초과해서 반복교호위입을 할 경우 스트라이프 간격이 너무커서 팬시효과가 떨어지고 제직작업도 불량해지기 쉽다.
본 발명은 평직기를 이용하되 위사위입을 2종류로 해야하기 때문에 2노즐 직기를 사용해야 한다.
제직이후의 염색 및 각종 후가공은 용도에 따라 임의로 실시할 수 있고 종래방법에 따라 실시할 수 있는 것이어서 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
이같은 본 발명의 방법에 따라 수득하는 나일론 직물은 위사방향으로의 자연스럽고도 유려한 스트라이프를 발현하여 스펀라이크한 촉감, 팬시한 느낌 및 고급스런 질감을 갖는 나일론 직물을 제공하는 효과를 갖는다.
이하에 간단한 실시예를 들어 설명한다.
실시예
나일론 70D/24F 세미덜 필라멘트사를 경사로 하고, 상기 경사성분을 제 1 위사 성분으로 나일론 70D/24F 세미덜 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 제 2 위사 성분으로 사용하여 평직기에서 평직으로 제직하되, 제 1위사와 제 2 위사를 각각 4회씩 반복교호로 위입시켜 생지를 획득하였다.
이를 통상의 방법에 따라 정련 및 산성염료로 염색하고 카렌다링하여 가공지를 수득하고 나일론 70D/24F를 경위사로 사용한 통상의 것과 대비한 결과 제직과정에서의 작업성에서 차이가 없었고 가공지는 본 발명의 것이 위방향 스트라이프 효과에 스펀라이크한 촉감에서 뛰어났다.
비교예 1
제 2 위사 성분으로 나일론 100D/96F 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 사용한것(제 1 위사에 대한 제 2 위사의 섬도비 2미만) 외에는 상기 실시예와 동일하게 실시한 결과 스트라이프 효과가 뚜렷하지 않아 팬시한 감이 적었고 표면이 밋밋해 일반평직물(Taslen)과 별 차이가 없었다.
비교예 2
제 2 위사 성분으로 나일론 360D/24F 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 사용한것(제 1위사에 대한 제 2 위사의 섬도비 5초과) 외에는 상기 실시예와 동일하게 실시한 결과 스트라이프 효과는 제 2 위사 성분의 것이 너무 강하고 제 1 위사 성분이 미약하여 전체적으로 팬시한 감이 결여되었고 제직 작업성도 좋지 않았다.

Claims (4)

  1. 나일론 직물을 제직함에 있어서, 경사로서 섬도가 50 내지 120데니어인 나일론 필라멘트사를 사용하고, 위사로서 상기 경사성분과 동일 데니어급의 나일론사를 제 1 위사로 상기 경사성분보다 2 내지 5배 굵은 데니어의 나일론 에어텍스쳐드 가공사를 제 2위사로 사용하여 제 1 위사와 제 2 위사를 일정간격으로 교호로 경사에 위입시켜 평직으로 제직함을 특징으로 한 나일론 스펀라이크 직물의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 위사로 사용하는 나일론사는 에어텍스쳐드 가공사, 스트레치 가공사 또는 비가공 필라멘트사인 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 위사와 제 2 위사의 위입은 각각을 1 내지 5회씩 반복하여 교호로 위입시키는 것을 특징으로 한 방법.
  4. 상기 제 1 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 따라 제조되는 나일론 스펀라이크 직물.
