Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 연료파이프의 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 연료파이프(1)가 플라스틱재의 수지류에 의해 몸체(2)와 그 내부에 다공형태의 관로(3) 및 몸체(2)의 외부로 돌출된 날개의 연결관로(4)를 일체로 형성하도록 사출성형되어 상대편 연료파이프(1′)와 상호 맞끼움식으로 결합되면서 접합부위의 외주면이 연결브라켓트(8)에 의해 체결된 상태로 차체하부에 설치됨으로써, 차량의 중량감소에 기여하면서 사출성형에 의한 제조로 생산성이 향상되고, 또한 절곡부위의 변형에도 용이하며 부식에 대한 염려도 없도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 플라스틱재의 수지류를 사출성형을 통해 일체형의 몸체(2)로 형성하되, 내부에 다공형태의 관로(3)를 구비하면서 선단부위는 상기 몸체(2)의 외부로 돌출된 낱개형태의 연결관로(4)를 형성하고, 이 연결관로(4)가 상대편 몸체(2′)의 관로(3′)내에 삽입되어져 연결되며, 이들 결합부위의 외주면에 연결브라켓트(8)가 상/하 또는 좌/우측 부위에서 감싸면서 결합되어 이루어지는 차량용 연료파이프의 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결관로(4)의 외주면에 반원형태의 요홈(5)이 형성되어져, 이 요홈(5)에 0-링 (6)이 안착된 상태에서 상대편 몸체(2′)의 관로(3′)에 끼워져 기밀이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 연료파이프의 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(2,2′)의 결합부위인 양선단부에는 연결브라켓트(8)의 체결시 이탈방지를 위해 상/하부위로 돌출된 걸림턱(7)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 연료파이프의 구조.
