Claims (2)
- 직경이 0.2~0.5mm, 강도가 5.5~8.0g/d, 절단신도 20~40%이고 건열수축율(150℃×30분)이 4% 이하인 물성을 모두 만족하는 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트를 위사로 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 벨트지.
- 고유점도가 0.65~1.0인 폴리에스테르 폴리머를 용융 방사한 후 연속적으로 90~190℃의 연신온도에서 전연신배율이 3.5~5.8배가 되도록 2단 연신 한 다음에 190~260℃의 온도에서 연신이완율이 1~12%가 되도록 이완열고정시킴을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 벨트지용 위사의 제조방법.
