Claims (11)
- 시료중의 분석물질에 대한 결합 부위를 갖고 있는 표식된 수동체 분자를 포함하고 있는 시료를 제1표식물과 접촉시켜 수용체 분자에 있는 결합부위의 일부분이 분석물질에 의하며 점유되도록 하는 공정, 제1표식물과 다른 제2표식물을 함유하는 시스템을 포함하는 역적정 기술에 의하여 분석물질로 분별 점유된 결합부위를 갖는 수용체를 역적정하는 공정, 분석물질에 의한 수용체 분자에 있는 결합부위의 분별 점유율을 나타내는 값을 얻기 위하여 두 표식물에 의하여 생성된 두 신호의 비교강도를 측정하는 공정 및 얻어진 값을 공지의 분석물질 농도를 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 표준 객체 시료에서 동일한 방법으로 얻은 하나 또는 그 이상의 해당하는 값과 비교하는 공정을 포함하는 미지의 액체 시료중에 있는 분석물질의 농도를 검정하는 방법에 있어서, 미지 및 공지의 액체 시료들이 분석물질과 수용체의 결합정수를 고려하여 분석물질의 무시할 정도의 유분만이 수용체에 결합될 수 있도록 하는 소량의 수용체와 접촉되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 두 표식물을 이용한 분석물질의 농도 검정방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 표식물들이 형광성 표식물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 역적정 기술이 표식물로 표식된 분석물질로부터 선택된 하나의 역적정 시약 및 수용체 분자에 있는 비점유 결합부위 만을 점유할 수 있고 표식물로 표시된 다른 물질을 포함하는 경쟁 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 역적정 기술이 결합된 분석물질 또는 분석물질에 의하여 점유된 수용체 분자의 결합부위에만 결합될 수 있고 표식물로 이미 표식되었거나 또는 뒤이어 표식될 수 있는 역적정 시약을 포함하는 비경쟁 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 분석물질의 무시할 정도의 유분이 존재하는 전체 분석물질 총량의 2% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 수용체가 분석물질에 대한 항체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 분석물질이 호르몬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 분석물질을 함유하는 시료가 결합재에 가역적으로 결합된 분석물질을 포함하지 아니함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 2항에서, 표식물들이 활성화에 의하여서만 형광성으로되는 서로 상이한 란타나이드 키레이트이고 형광은 고감도 고감선 광선의 주사를 포함하는 시간분해 펄스 형광에 의하여 측정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법 .
- 액체 시료중의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하는 기기에 있어서, 이 기기가 제1표식물로 표식되고 분석물질에 대한 결합부위를 갖고 있는 수용체 분자를 시료중에 있는 분석물질의 무시할 정도의 양만이 결합될 수 있는 양으로 부착하고 있는 고체 지지체, 공지된 농도의 분석물질을 포함하는 최소한 하나의 표준 용액 및 제1표식물과 다른 제2표식물로 표식되고 결합된 분석물질, 결합된 분석물질에 의하여 점유된 결합부위와 분석물질에 의하여 점유되지 아니한 결합부위중의 어느하나에 직접 또는 간접적으로 결합될 수 있는 역적정 시약을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분석물질 농도 검정 기구.
- 청구범위 10항에서, 이 검정기구가 분자중에 분석물질에 대한 고유의 결합부위를 갖는 여러개의 서로 다른 수용체들이 일정한 간격으로 배치되고 각개 수용체는 서로 다른 분석물질들에 대한 고유의 결합부위를 갖고 있으며, 각개 수용체들은 각각 표식물에 의하여 표식되었음을 특징으로 하는 분석물질의 농도 검정기구.
