Claims (6)
- 미리 규칙적인 간격으로 기록된 동기화 신호를 포함하는 기록 매체상에 데이타를 기록하고 상기 데이타를 재생하기 위한 기록 및 재생 장치(optical recording/reproducing apparatus)로서, 상기 동기화 신호들 사이에 데이타를 기록하고, 상기 기록 매체상에서 상기 동기화 신호에 대한 소정의 위치에 보조 동기화 신호(auxiliary synchronizing signal)를 기록하고, 상기 기록 매체에 기록되어 있는 상기 데이타와 상기 동기화 신호 및 상기 보조 동기화 신호를 재생하는 기능을 하며, 상기 재생된 동기화 신호에 의해서 결정되는 위상을 가진 데이타 판독 클럭 신호를 발생시키기 위해 상기 재생된 동기화 신호에 응답하는 데이타 판독 클럭 수단을 포함하는 기록 및 재생 수단과, 상기 재생된 보조 동기화 신호에 기초하여 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호의 위상을 변경시키는 수단과, 상기 기록 및 재생 수단에 연결되며, 상기 기록 매체로부터의 상기 재생된 데이타를 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호에 동기화하여 디지탈 데이타로 변환시키기 위해 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호가 공급되는 아날로그 대 디지탈 변환 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호의 위상을 변경시키는 수단은 상기 재생된 동기화 신호 및 상기 보조 동기화 신호간의 레벨 차이를 검출하고 지연 제어 신호(delay control signal)를 생성하기 위한 비교 수단과, 상기 지연 제어 신호에 응답하여, 상기 재생된 동기화 신호 및 상기 보조 동기화 신호간의 레벨 차이를 나타내는 지연 시간만큼 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호를 지연시키기 위해 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호를 공급받는 가변 지연선 수단(variable delay line means)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체는 서보 영역 및 상기 서보 영역 사이에 존재하는 데이타 영역을 포함하며, 상기 동기화 신호는 서보 영역에 기록되고, 상기 기록 및 재생 수단은 상기 보조 동기화 신호를 상기 서보 영역 사이의 데이타 영역에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 미리 규칙적인 간격으로 기록된 동기화 신호를 포함하는 기록 매체상에 데이타를 기록하고 상기 데이타를 재생하는 방법으로서, 상기 동기화 신호 사이에 데이타를 기록하고 상기 기록 매체상에서 상기 동기화 신호에 대한 소정의 위치에서 보조 동기화 신호를 기록하는 단계와, 상기 동기화 신호 및 상기 보조 동기화 신호를 판독하는 단계와, 상기 재생된 동기화 신호에 의해서 결정되는 위상을 가진 데이타 판독 클럭 신호를 발생하는 단계와, 상기 재생된 보조 동기화 신호에 기초하여 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호의 위상을 변경시키는 단계와, 데이타를 재생하고 상기 재생된 데이타를 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호에 동기화하여 디지탈화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 및 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재생된 동기화 신호 및 상기 보조 동기화 신호 사이의 레벨차에 기초하여 가변 지연 시간을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호의 위상을 변경시키는 단계는 상기 가변 지연 시간에 기초하여 상기 데이타 판독 클럭 신호의 위상을 변경시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 및 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체는 서보 영역과 상기 서보 영역 사이에 존재하는 데이타 영역을 포함하며, 상기 동기화 신호는 서보 영역에 기록되고, 상기 보조 동기화 신호를 기록하는 단계는 상기 서보 영역 사이의 데이타 영역에 상기 보조 동기화 신호를 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 및 재생 방법.
