Claims (1)
- 일정한 전류(Ⅰ)를 공급하는 제3정전류원(4)과, 측정하고자 하는 지점의 전압을 측정하는 측온저항체(3)와, 상기 측온저항체(3)의 장시간 동작에 의해 저항값이 변화되는 가변저항(Ro)과, 상기 측온저항체(3)의 출력신호를 릴레이하는 제1릴레이부(5)와, 상기 제1릴레이부(5)로 릴레이되는 신호와 상기 제3정전류원의 전류를 인가받아 차동증폭하는 차동증폭부(6)와, 상기 차동증폭부(6)의 출력신호를 비반전증폭하는 비반전증폭부(7)와 상기 비반전증폭부(7)의 출력신호를 지디탈 변환하는 아날로그/디지탈변환부(8)와, 상기 아날로그/디지탈변환부(8)의 출력신호를 연상단위로 변환하여 표시부(10)로 인가하는 씨피유(9)와, 상기 가변저항(Ro)을 측정하기 위한 제2릴레이부(11)와, 오프셋전압을 보정하기 위한 제3릴레이부(12)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전압 측정회로.
