Claims (4)
- 다수개(n)의 광다이오드(L1내지 Ln)를 각각으로 구비한 다수개(m)의 광다이오드 어레이부(A1내지 Am), 상기 광다이오드(L1내지 Ln)에 일대일 대응으로 연결되는 다수개(n)의 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn)를 각각으로 구비하여 구성된 다수개(m)의 박막트랜지스터 어레이부(B1내지 Bm), 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이부(B1내지 Bm)각각의 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn)를 2의 승수씩(2k, k=1, 2, 3, ...)한쌍으로 하여 선택형으로 배선한 데이타 라인(D), 상기 데이타 라인(D)을 박막트랜지스터 어레이부(B1내지 Bm)끼리 산만형으로 배선한 다수개 n/2k의 데이타 라인 패드(D1내지 Dn/k), 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이부(B1내지 Bm)내의 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn) 각각에 연결된 게이트 라인(G), 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이의 각부(B1내지 Bm)내의 서로 쌍을 이루지 않은 박막트랜지스터 게이트 라인(G)끼리 공토으로 연결한 다수개(2km)의 게이트 라인패드(G1 내지 Gkm)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착 영상 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 라인(D)을 배선하는데 있어서 상기 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn)를 두개씩 한쌍으로 하여 선택형으로 배선함으로써 상기 데이타 라인 패드는 주 n/2개가 되고 상기 게이트 라인 패드는 2m개가 됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착 영상 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 라인(D)을 배선하는데 있어서 상기 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn)를 네개씩 한쌍으로 하여 선택형으로 배선함으로써 상기 데이타 라인 패드는 주 n/4개가 되고 상기 게이트 라인 패드는 4m개가 됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착 영상 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 라인(D)을 배선하는데 있어서 상기 박막트랜지스터(T1내지 Tn)를 여덟개씩 한쌍으로 하여 선택형으로 배선함으로써 상기 데이타 라인 패드는 주 n/8개가 되고 상기 게이트 라인 패드는 8m개가 됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착 영상 센서.
