- 액정수지의 액정 전이온도 보다도 낮은 최저성형 가능온도를 갖는 매트릭스 수지중에 액정수지가 섬유형상으로 존재하는 성형용 펠릿을 사용해서 상기한 액정 전이온도와 매트릭스 수지의 최저성형 가능온도와의 사이의 온도범위내에서 사출성형하는 방법으로서 사출 통로내에 있어서의 수지에 작용하는 최대 전단속도를 15,000sec-1이하로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 수지 복합체의 사출성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지가 폴리카르보네이트 수지와 아클릴로 니트릴 부타 디엔 스티렌 혼성중합수지와의 혼합물, 폴리카르보네이트 수지와 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와의 혼합물 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드와 나일론의 혼합물 변성 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 나일론, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 혼성 중합 수지 폴리 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 프로필렌, 폴리카르보네이트 및 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정수지 복합체의 사출성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정수지가 열가소성 액정 폴리에스테르 액정 폴리에스테르 아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정수지 복합체의 사출성형 방법.
- 제1항의 사출성형 방법으로 얻어진 성형물품.
