Claims (8)
- 방사상 외측으로 연장된 파형 마루를 내부에 가지고 있는 파형부재가 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 있는 결합장치에 있어서, 결합기 하우징과, 상기 결합기 하우징의 일단에 위치된 결합기부(6)와, 상기 결합기 하우징의 반대측 단부에 위치되며 벽을 관통하는 적어도 하나의 개구(8)를 가지는 삽입부(4)와, 상기 결합기 하우징의 상기 삽입부에 축방향 미끄럼 이동되게 수용되는 것으로, 상기 파형부재의 단부를 고정하는 축방향 보어를 가지며, 상기 결합기 하우징 외측으로 연장된 멈춤플랜지(14)를 포함하는 조작슬리브(5)와, 상기 결합기 하우징의 상기 삽입부에서 상기 멈춤플랜지(14)로부터 축방향 이격되어 축방향으로 연장되어 있는 내부링(17)과, 상기 축방향 이격된 공간에 브리지되어 상기 내부링(17)과 상기 멈춤플랜지(14)를 연결시키며 서로 원주상 간격을 두고 서로 이격되어 있는 축방향 연장 랜드(16)와, 상기 파형부재의 단부가 상기 조작 슬리브의 상기 축방향 보어에 수용될때 상기 파형 마루중 하나상에 걸려지게 되는 걸림쇠체(20)와, 상기 원주상 간격된 상기 축방향 연장 랜드(16) 사이에서 상기 걸림쇠체(20)를 상기 내부링(17)에 연결시켜, 상기걸림쇠가 비걸림상태에 있을때 상기 걸림쇠체가 상기 적어도 하나의 개구를 통해 작동가능하게 하는 힌지수단(19)을 포함하고, 상기 조작슬리브(5)의 축방향 이동으로 상기 걸림쇠체(20)가 걸림상태와 비걸림상태에있게 하고, 이에 의해 상기 걸림쇠체는 상기 비걸림상태에 있을때 방사상 외측으로 경사질 수 있으며, 상기 걸림상태에 있을 때에는 방사상 외측으로 경사 이동되지 않게 걸려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지수단(19)은 상기 걸림쇠체(20)의 일단을 상기 내부링(l7)에 연결시키고, 상기 걸림쇠체(20)는 상기 일단에 대향하는 자유단(21)을 가지고, 상기 자유단(21)은 제1의 방사상 내측으로 향하는 경사면(22)과 걸림면(25)을 가지는 걸림쇠(24)을 포함하고, 상기 걸림쇠체(20)는 제2의 방사상 외측으로 향하는 경사면(23)을 가지고, 상기 제1의 경사면(22)은 상기 파형부재가 상기 조작슬리브(5)의 상기 축방향 보어내로 삽입될때 상기 파형부재와 상호작용하여 상기 걸림쇠체(20)를 방사상 외측으로 가압되게 하고, 상기 제2의 경사면(23)은 상기 하우징 삽입부(4)에서 상기 개구(8)의 모서리와 상호작용하여 상기 걸림쇠체가 상기 걸림상태로 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림쇠체(20)는 상기 내부링이 상기 삽입부(4)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 방사상 외측으로 연장된 축방향으로 향하는 멈춤면(28)을 더욱 포함하고, 상기 제2의 경사면(23)은 상기 방사상 향하는 멈춤면(28)으로 합쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림쇠(24)는 방사상 내측으로 연장되고, 상기 걸림면(25)은 상기 삽입방향에 반대인 이탈방향으로 상기 파형부재가 이탈되지 않게 상기 파형 마루중 하나에 맞물리게 하기 위해 상기 걸림쇠체(20)의 측방향 삽입방향으로 향해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합기 하우징의 상기 결합기부(6)와 상기 삽입부(4)는 방사상 내측으로 연장된 쇼울더(9)에서 서로 연결되고, 상기 쇼울더(9)는 축방향으로 향하는 링면을 형성하고, 상기 결합장치는 상기 축방향으로 향하는 링면상의 일단에 놓이는 스프링 탄성의 시일링(10)을 더욱 포함하고, 상기 조작슬리브(5)의 상기 내부링(17)은 상기 내부링(17)를 이에 따라 상기 조작슬리브(5)를 축방향 외측방향으로 상기 걸림상태가 되게 하는 상기 스프링 탄성의 시일링(10)에 대해 내측 단부에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림쇠(24)는 방사상 내측으로 방향되어 있고, 상기 힌지수단(19)은, 상기 걸림쇠(24)로부터 축방향으로 이격되어 있어 상기 멈춤플랜지(14)가 상기 결합기 하우징의 축방향으로 향하는 단부에 접촉하게 되는 상기 비걸림상태에 있을때 상기 파형부재가 상기 조작슬리브로부터 이탈되게 하는 힘에 반응하여 방사상 외측으로 경사질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 제l항에 있어서, 상기 힌지수단(19)은 상기 멈춤플랜지(14)에서 떨어져 상기 개구(8)의 내측 모서리에 밀접하게 상기 걸림쇠체(20)에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
- 방사상 외측으로 연장된 파형 마루를 내부에 가지고 있는 파형부재가 착탈가능하게 결합되어 있는 결합장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 측면 개구를 내부에 가지고 있는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에서 축방향으로 이동되며 상기 하우징의 축방향으로 향하는 단부와 상호작용하는 적어도 하나의 방사상 연장한 멈춤플랜지를 가지고 있는 조작슬리브(5)를 포함하고, 상기 조작슬리브(5)는, 상기 하우징의 상기 측면 개구에서 방사상 방향으로 경사지게 되는 적어도 하나의 걸림쇠를 포함하고 있어, 상기 조작슬리브가 일 위치에 있을때 상기 파형부재가 축방향으로 이탈되지 않게 하고 상기 조작슬리브가 상기 하우징에서 축방향으로 다른 위치에 있을때 상기 파형부재를 해제하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
