Claims (19)
- 물의 파도작용으로부터 에너지를 사용하여 물을 퍼올리기 위한 펌핑장치에 있어서, 상측단부(110)와 하측단부(112)를 갖는 실린더(108), 실린더내에 위치되고 피스톤 로드(116)가 연결되며 실린더의 하측단부로부터 밀폐식으로 연장시킨 왕복 피스톤(114), 물을 해수로부터 실린더 안으로 끌어들이기 위해서 실린더의 벽을 통해 연장시킨 입구(122)와 물을 실린더로부터 방출하기 위해 실린더의 벽을 통해 연장시킨 출구(124), 입구에 연결시킨 입구체크밸브(126)와 출구에 연결시킨 출구체크밸브(128), 피스톤 로드(116)를 실린더(108)에 고정시키기 위해 피스톤 로드에 만곡가능하게 연결시킨 앵커수단(104), 상승파도 작용에 따라 실린더를 피스톤(124)에 대해 상향 행정시켜 상향행정중인 실린더가 상승파도 작용에 따라 출구체크밸브(128)를 통해 물을 방출하도록 하기 위해 실린더(108)에 연결시킨 부유수단(102), 피스톤과 실린더 사이에서 탄성인장을 유지하고 하강 파도작용에 따라 실린더를 피스톤에 대해 하향행정시켜 하향행정중인 실린더(108)가 하강파도 작용에 따라 입구체크밸브(126)를 통해 물을 실린더 안으로 끌어들이도록 하기 위해 실린더와 피스톤 사이에 기계적으로 연결시킨 기계적인 인장수단(130)으로 구성된 펌핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기계적인 인장수단(130)은 스프링임을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기계적인 인장수단(130)은 추(143)와 쇠사슬(14)로 구성시키되, 쇠사슬을 피스톤(114)과 연결된 견고한 연결체(145)로부터 실린더(108)에 연결된 활주가능한 연결체(146)를 통해 추와 연결된 견고한 연결체(147)까지 연장시킴을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 부유수단(102)을 실린더(108)에 연결시키되, 부유수단은 펌핑장치(100)가 물속에 위치될 경우 항상 가라앉는 실린더(108), 추(143), 쇠사슬(144)과 함께 실린더 위에 떠 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부유수단(102)을 실린더(108)에 만곡가능하게 연결하기 위한 가요성 인장수단(136)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실린더(108)의 상측단부(110)는 천공되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼올려진 물을 적어도 일시적으로 유지하기 위해서 물의 수면과 펌핑장치(100) 위에 위치시킨 물 유지수단(200), 출구체크밸브(128)로부터 물 유지수단까지 연결되어 적어도 하나의 물 펌핑장치가 물 유지수단에 연결되도록 한 도관(142)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 물 펌핑장치와 물 유지수단(200) 사이의 도관(142)을 통한 연결을 개폐시키기 위해서 물의 수면과 상기 적어도 하나의 펌핑장치(100)위에 있는 상기 도관에 장착시킨 밸브수단(210)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 물의 파도작용으로부터의 에너지를 사용하여 물을 퍼올리기 위한 펌핑장치(150)에 있어서, 상측단부(160)와 하측단부(162)를 갖는 실린더(158), 실린더(158)내에 위치되고 피스톤 로드(166)가 연결되며 실린더의 상측단부(160)로부터 밀폐식으로 연장시킨 왕복피스톤(164), 물을 해수로부터 실린더 안으로 끌어들이기 위해서 실린더의 벽을 통해 연장시킨 입구(172)와 물을 실린더로부터 방출하기 위해서 실린더의 벽을 통해 연장시킨 출구(174), 입구(172)에 연결시킨 입구체크밸브(176)와 출구(174)에 연결시킨 출구체크밸브(178), 실린더를 피스톤에 고정시키기 위해 실린더에 만곡가능하게 연결시킨 앵커수단(154), 상승파도 작용에 따라 피스톤을 실린더에 대해 상향행정시켜 상향행정중인 피스톤이 상승파도 작용에 따라 출구체크밸브(178)를 통해 물을 방출하도록 하기 위해 실린더의 외부인 피스톤 로드(166)에 연결시킨 부유수단(152), 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 탄성인장을 유지하고 하강파도 작용에 따라 피스톤(164)을 실린더(158)에 대해 탄성적으로 하향행정시키기 위해 실린더와 피스톤 사이에 기계적으로 연결시킨 기계적인 인장수단(180)으로 구성된 펌핑장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 기계적인 인장수단(180)은 스프링임을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 기계적인 인장수단은 추(193)와 쇠사슬(194)로 구성시키되, 쇠사슬을 실린더(158)와 연결된 견고한 연결체(195)로부터 피스톤에 연결된 활주가능한 연결체(196)를 통해 추(193)가 연결된 견고한 연결체(197)까지 연장시킴을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 부유수단(152)을 피스톤 로드(166)에 연결시키되, 부유수단은 펌핑장치가 물속에 위치될 경우 항상 가라앉은 실린더(158), 추(193) 및 쇠사슬(194)과 함께 상기의 실린더 위에 떠 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 부유수단(152)을 피스톤 로드(166)에 만곡가능하게 연결하기 위한 가요성 인장수단(186)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 실린더(158)의 하측단부(162)는 천공되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 퍼올려진 물을 적어도 일시적으로 유지하기 위해서 물의 수면과 펌핑장치(150)위에 위치시킨 물 유지수단(200), 출구체크밸브(178)로부터 물 유지수단(200)까지 연결되어 적어도 한의 물 펌핑장치가 물유지수단에 연결되도록 한 도관(192)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 물 펌핑장치(150)와 물 유지수단(200) 사이의 도관(192)을 통한 연결을 개폐시키기 위해서 물의 수면과 상기 적어도 하나의 펌핑장치 위에 있는 상기 도관에 장착시킨 밸브수단(210)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 펌핑장치.
- 물의 파도에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시키는 방법에 있어서, 피스톤과 실린더를 갖는 펌프수단으로 구성된 에너지 추출수단(106, 156)을 물 속에 만곡가능하게 고정시키는 단계, 기계적인 인장수단(130, 180)을 피스톤(114, 164)과 실린더(108, 158) 사이에 기계적으로 연결시키는 단계, 입구체크밸브(126, 176)와 출구체크밸브(128, 178)를 실린더에 연결시키는 단계, 수면상에 있는 부유수단(102, 152)을 펌프수단에 연결시키는 단계, 물의 상승파도 작용에 따라 부유수단이 상승되고 피스톤이 실린더에 대해 행정을 하여서 출구체크밸브를 통해 물을 퍼올리도록 부유수단과 펌프수단 및 부유수단과 펌프수단 사이에 있는 연결체를 조절하는 단계, 입구체크밸브(126, 176)를 통해 물을 펌프수단 안으로 흡인하고 수면 및 펌프 사이에서 부유수단을 인장상태로 유지하기 위해 파도작용에 의한 부유수단의 상승 및 하강에 따라 피스톤과 실린더 사이의 탄성인장을 유지하고 부유수단이 하강파도 작용에 따라 하강할때에 탄성인장을 이용하여 피스톤이 실린더에 대해 행정을 하도록 기계적인 인장수단(136, 186)을 조절하는 단계, 펌프수단으로부터 퍼올려진 물을 도관(192)을 경우하여 수면위에 위치된 물 유지수단(200)으로 이송하는 단계 및 전력을 발생시키도록 물 유지수단(200)에 있는 물을 이용하여 터어빈 발전기(208)를 작동시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 부유수단(152)을 펌프수단의 피스톤 로드(166)에 연결시키고, 앵커수단(154)을 펌프수단의 실린더(158)에 연결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 부유수단(102)을 펌프수단의 실린더(108)에 연결시키고, 앵커수단(104)을 펌프수단의 피스톤 로드(116)에 연결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
