Claims (8)
- 아세나프텐과 분자상 산소 함유 가스의 가스상 혼합물을 이산화티타늄 70∼90중량%, 오산화바나듐10∼30중량%, 및 알칼리 금속 화합물 0.5∼5중량%(황산염으로 계산)를 함유하고 20㎡/g 이상의 비표면적을 갖는 촉매 활성 성분을 무공질 불활성 담체에 침적시켜 수득한 촉매로 충진시킨 촉매층과 접촉시켜 산화시키는 단계들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 담체에 침적된 상기 촉매 활성 성분의 양이 상기 불활성 담체의 리터당 20∼200g 범위에 있는 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 반응이 300∼400℃ 범위의 온도, 30∼80g/㎡ -공기 범위의 아세나프텐 농도, 및 1,000∼10,000hr-1-공기 범위의 아세나프텐 농도, 및 1,000∼10,000hr-1범위의 공간 속도로 수행되는 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 고리 모양인 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 아세나프텐을 산화 촉매 존재하에 300∼400℃ 범위의 온도에서 분자상 산소-함유 가스로 촉매적 증기상 산화시켜 무수 나프탈산을 함유한 산화 생성물의 기류를 형성시킨 다음 상기 기류내로 냉각가스를 이입시켜 상기 기류를 30∼150℃ 범위의 온도로 냉각시키고 무수 나프탈산을 고체 성분으로 분리 및 회수하는 단계들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 생성물의 기류를 냉각 칼럼에 이입시키고, 냉각가스를 상기 냉각 칼럼내로 주입시켜 상기 기류를 냉각시키고, 냉각된 기류를 필터를 통해 배출시키고, 상기 공기 냉각 칼럼에 침적된 고체 물질 및 상기 필터에 포획된 고체 물질을 무수 나프탈산으로 회수함을 추가로 포함하는 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 이산화티타늄 70∼90중량%, 오산화바나듐 10∼30중량% 및, 알칼리금속 화합물 0.5∼5중량%(황산염으로 계산)를 함유하고 20㎡/g 이상의 비표면적을 갖는 촉매 활성 성분을 무공질 불활성 담체에 침적시켜 수득한 것인 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 가스가 공기인 무수 나프탈산의 제조방법.
