Claims (9)
- 차량의 지붕, 차량의 길이방향 단부의 칸막이, 차량의 길이방향에 따른 측면부의 적어도 한개의 구조체블록을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 길이방향을 따라 형성된 리브를 가지는 복수의 압출형재를 상기 압출형재의 폭방향을 따라 나란히 지그에 배치하는 단계, 상기 복수의 압출형재의 단부 끼리를 맞대어 용접하는 단계, 상기 복수의 압출형재가 구성하는 블록의 폭치수와 같은 프레임부재를 상기 복수의 압출형재의 리브상에 상기 리브의 길이방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 배치하는 단계, 상기 프레임부재와 상기 리브를 맞대기 용접방향과 동일한 방향에서 용접하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 압출형재는 리브가 상측으로 향하게 하여 상기 지그상에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 압출형재의 단부 끼리는 상측에서부터 맞대기 용접에 의하여 접합되고, 상기 프레임부재는 상기 복수의 압출형재의 상기 리브상에 얹어져 상측으로부터의 용접에 의하여 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 압출형재 끼리를 용접한 후, 상기 압출형재의 용접블록을 지그로부터 분리하지 않은 채로 상기 프레임부재를 상기 리브에 배치하여, 상기 프레임부재와 상기 리브의 용접을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출형재 끼리의 맞대기 용접은 이면에 비드가 발생되도록 행하고, 상기 프레임부재를 용접한 후 상기 이면비드를 평활하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개구부가 구성되는 상기 압출형재는 상기 개구부의 주위의 상기 리브가 제거된 후 상기 지그에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리브를 제거한 후 상기 개구부의 외연부를 따라 슬롯과 연결부를 교대로 압출형재에 설치하고, 상기 맞대기 용접을 향한 후 상기 연결부를 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체 블록방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연결부는 압출형재 끼리를 용접하는 용접부근방에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 창이고, 상기 복수의 압출형재는 차량의 길이방향을 따르는 측면부구조체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체블록 제작방법.
- 차량의 길이방향을 따라 복수의 창을 가지는 측면부 구조체를 구비한 차량의 구조체 구조에 있어서, 상기 측면구조체는 차량의 내면측에만 길이방향을 따라 리브를 가지는 복수의 압출형재와, 상기 창과 창사이에 배치되는 것으로서 상기 복수의 압출형재가 구성하는 블록의 폭치수와 같은 길이를 가지는 복수의 프레임부재로 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 압출형재는 그 폭방향을 차량의 수직방향으로 나란히 배치하여 그 단부 끼리를 맞대기 용접하여 한개의 블록을 구성하고 있고, 용접의 용접비드는 내면측에 있고, 상기 복수의 창은 상기 블록의 폭방향 중앙부의 상기 압출형재에 개구부를 설치하여 배치한 것이고, 상기 프레임부재는 상기 복수의 압출형재의 상기 리브의 각각에 용접결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구조체구조.
