Claims (8)
- 민감한 금속 및 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키기 위한 방법이, 상기 표면을 알칼리 금속과 암모늄 바이카보네이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 평균입자크기가 100-500미크론 범위의 분사매질로서의 수용성 결정성 바이카보네이트 입자 및 바이카보네이트 중량의 0.2-3%의 수소성 실리카 유동/항응고제를 포함하는 고속의 물을 함유하는 유체흐름으로 분사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체 흐름이 10-150psi 압력상태의 포화 압축기류인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사 흐름이 취급 표면에 대해 바이카보네이트 입자가 1-101b/min의 속도로 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트 입자가 250-300미크론의 평균입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐 바이카보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 민감한 금속 및 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키기 위한 분사매질이 알칼리 금속과 암모늄 바이카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 수용성 결정성 바이카보네이트 입자들로 구성되고, 상기 바이카보네이트 입자는 100-500미크론 범위 평균입자크기를 가지며, 또한 바이카보네이트의 중량의 0.2% 내지 3%의 소수성 실리카 유동성/항응고제와 혼합물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분사매질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐 바이카보네이트이고, 소수성 실리카는 비수소결합된 실라놀기와 흡수된 물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사매질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트 입자가 250-300미크론 범위의 평균입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사매질.
