- 일반식 :[단, 식중에서 R1는 -COOH, -COOR4(R4는 저급 알킬기), -CH=CH-COOH, -CH2-COOH 또는 -SO3H를 나타내며 ; R2는 수소기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내며, R3는 수소기, 저급 알킬기 또는 벤질기를 나타내며 ; A는 -SO2-,)(R5는 저급 알킬기)를 나타내며 ; B는 페닐기, 저급 알킬페닐기, 저급 알킬옥시페닐기, 니트로페닐기, 트리플루오로알킬페닐기, 모노 또는 디할로겐화페닐기, 나프틸기, 또는 테트라히드로나프틸기를 나타내며 ; Y는 C1~10의 가지를 가진 알킬기 또는 C2~6의 알케닐기를 각각 나타낸다.] 으로 나타내는 아즈렌 유도체 또는 의약상 허용된 그의 알칼리 부가염.
- 제1 항에 기재된 화합물을 유효성분으로 하여 함유하는 트롬복산 A2/프로스타글랜딘 엔도퍼옥사이드의 수용체 길항제.
