Claims (6)
- 하나 이상의 공촉매 및 하나 이상의 일반식(I)의 메탈로센을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 하나 이상의 사이클로올레핀 및 하나 이상의 비환식 올레핀의 중합에 의해 사이클로올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서,M은 원소 주기율표의 IVb족, Vb족 또는 VIb족 금속이고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 C1-C10-알킬그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹,C1-C10알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹,할로겐 원자 또는 트리플루오로설폰산 라디칼이고, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 전이 금속과 샌드위치 구조를 형성할수 있는 일반식 또는 다환식 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R5및 R6은 동일하거나, 상이하며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C10-알킬그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹,C1-C10-할로알킬 그룹, -SiR7 3-, NR7 2-, -PR7 2-, -P(O)R7 2-, Si(OR7)7R2-, Si(OR7)2R7-, Si(OR7)3-, -AsR7 2- 또는 SR7-라디칼이고, 라디칼 R7은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 C1-C10알킬그룹,C1-C10알콕시 그룹,C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹, 할로겐 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸 설폰산 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 메탈로센에서 M이 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고, R1및 R2가 동일하고 각각 C1-C10-알킬그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이고, R3및 R2가 동일하고 각각 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐 또는 치환된 인데닐이고 R5및 R6이 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 C1-C10-알킬그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴그룹인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공촉매가 알루민옥산의 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다환식 올렌핀 및 하나 이상의 비환식 올레핀이 중합되는 방법.
- 결정성 에틸렌 연쇄를 함유하지 않고, 인장강도가 50 내지 100MPa이며, 점도수가 100 내지 250㎤/g인, 하나 이상의 사이클로올레핀, 에틸렌및, 필요에 따라, 하나 이상의 탄소수 3이상인 비환식 올레핀의 반복단위를 함유하는 사이클로올레핀 공중합체.
- 제5항에 따른 사이클로올레핀 공중합체를 함유하는 성형제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
