Claims (14)
- 하기 일반식〔I〕의 화합물.식중 : E는 산소 또는 황 : A는 CR3또는 N(식중, R3은 수소 또는 하이드로카빌) ; D는 산소, 질소 또는 황에서 선택된 부가적인 헤테로원자를 임의로 함유하고 임의 치환된 저급 하이드로카빌 그룹, 또는 임의치환된 헤테로아릴 그룹으로 임의 치환된 5 또는 6―원의 비방향족 불소환식 링을 완성하며; R1및 R2가 각각 독립적으로 수소, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌, 또는 임의치환된 헤테로아릴이거나 또는 R1및 R2가 자신들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 뭉쳐져서 복소환식 링을 형성하고; Z는 치환체 Z가 둘이상 있는 경우, 이들은 동일하거나 다를수도 있음을 조건으로하여 할로겐, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌옥시, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌티오, 하이드로카빌설피닐, 또는 하이드로카빌설포닐, 시아노, 니트로, CHO, NHOH, ONR7′R7″,SF3, CO(임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌), 아실아미노, COOR7, SO2NR8R9, CONR10R11, OR12또는 NR13R14(식중, R7, R7′, R7″, R8,R9,R10및 R11은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 저급 하이드로카빌이고, R12은 수소, SO2, 저급 하이드로카빌 또는 COR15이며, R13및 R14은 각각 독립적으로 저급 하이드로카빌이고, R12은 수소, SO2, 저급 하이드로카빌 또는 COR15이며, R13및 R14은 각각 독립적으로 저급 하이드로카빌 저급 하이드로카빌옥시 또는 그룹 R12이고, R15는 OR16, NR17, R18, 수소 또는 저급 하이드로카빌, R16는 저급 하이드로카빌, R17및 R18은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 저급 하이드로카빌임.) ; 및 m은 0 또는 1―5의 정수임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기(i)의 링 시스템이 하기식(a)―(o)링 시스템들 중 어느 하나에서 선택된 화합물.식중; R3은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고; R4,R5및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 임의 치환된 저급 하이드로카빌, 또는 임의치환된 헤테로 아릴이거나 R4및 R5가 자신들이 결합하고 있는 탄소원자와 함께 뭉쳐져서 카보싸이클릭 링을 형성하고, R4및 R5는 서로 같거나 다를 수 있으며; R4′,R4″, R5′는 각각 R4및 R5에 대하여 정의한 바와 같음.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하기(i)의 링 시스템이 하기식(a)의 티아졸리딘 또는 하위식(b)의 피올리딘(식중, R3,R4″,R5′및 R5″는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같음.)인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z가 CF3, OCF3, OCHF3, CHF2, OMe, F, C1, Br, I, NH2, NO2, CN, C1―4알킬, C1―4알콕시, OCC1―4알킬, NHCOC1―4알킬, SO2C1―4알킬, OCF2CHF2, CF2CF3, OCF2CHF2, 또는 SO2NR8R9(식중, R8및 R9는 제1항의 식(I)에 관하여 정의한 바와 같고, m은 1,2 또는 3임.)인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 이소―프로피, sec―부틸, t―부틸, C(CH3)2C≡CH, 또는 알파 위치에 CH3또는 C≡CH로 임의 치환된 3―6원 싸이클로알킬 링인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 수소 또는 C1―4알킬인 화합물.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R4, R4′, R4″,R5, R5′및 R5″가 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1―4알킬인 화합물.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R6이 C1―4알킬인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3이 수소인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, D가 하위식(a)의 티아졸리딘 링을 완성시키는 화합물.식중 : E는 0; R3은 CH그룹; m, P, R1, R2, R4및 R5는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같고 Z는 치환체 Z가 두개 이상 있을 경우, 이들은 서로 같거나 다를 수 있음을 전제로 하여, Z는 할로겐, 임의 치환된 저급 하이드로카빌, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌옥시, 임의치환된 저급 하이드로카빌티오, 하이드로카빌설피닐, 또는 하이드로카빌설포닐, 시아노, 니트로, 아실, 아미노, 또는 아실아미노 임.
- 링이 하기 일반식(a)그룹인 하기식(III)화합물 :
- 하기식(III)화합물을 하기식(IV)화합물과, 또는 하기식(V)화합물과 반응시켜 제1항에서 정의한 식(I)화합물을 제조하는 방법.〔식중, Z, m, A및 D는 식(I)에 관하여 정의한 바와 같음.〔식중; R1및 R3는 제1항의 식(I)에 관하여 정의한 바와 같음.R1―N〓C〓O (V)〔식중; R1제1항의 식(I)에 관하여 정의한 바와 같음.
- 제초성 담체 또는 희석제와 배합된 제1항의 식(I)화합물로 구성되는 제초제 조성물.
- 제1항에서 정의한 식(I)화합물을 제초적 유효량으로 식물에 또는 식물의 재배지에 살포하는 것으로 구성되는 목적하지 않은 식물들에 치명적인 손상을 주거나 그 식물들을 죽이는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
