Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 일반식(I)의 화합물 100중량 부당 고급 지방산의 아미드 및/또는 2가 금속염 및/또는 고급 지방산 에스테르 및/또는 300 내지 5000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 왁스 2 내지 50 중량부의 양으로 첨가되는 고급 지방산의 아미드 및/또는 2가 금속염 및/또는 지방산의 에스테르 및/또는 300 내지 5000의 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 및 0.1 내지 7.0중량부의 파라핀으로 이루어진 혼합물을구성함을 특징으로 하는, 불포화된 폴리에테르 수지로부터의 스티렌 방출은 억제시키기 위한, 플라스틱을 가공시키기 위한 보조제:BOOC-A-COOB′ (1)상기식에서,이고, B는 CH3(CH2)x-기를 나타내며, X는 11 내지 23이고, B′는 아비에트산, 레보피마르산, 네오아비에트산 및 팔루스트르산의 혼합물을 구성하는 로진의 분자로부터 수소를 제거함으로써 생성된기, 즉
- 포화된 또는 불포화된 지방산 및 로진을 상승된 온도에서 아민 촉매의 존재하에 에폭시 수지에 대한 첨가 반응에 도입시키고, 계속해서, C11-C18-지방산의 아미드 및/또는 2가 금속염 및/또는 고급 지방산 에스테르 및/또는 300 내지 5000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 왁스 또는 파리핀을 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는, 불포화된 폴리에스테르 수지로부터의 스티렌 방출은 억제시키기 위한, 플라스틱을 가공시키기 위한 보조제의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포화된 산으로서 스테아프산 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포화된 산으로서 라우르산 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포화된 산으로서 올레산 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물의 혼합물과, 일반식(I)의 화합물 100중량 부당 고급 지방산의 아미드 및/또는 2가 금속염/또는 고급 지방산의 에스테르 및/또는 300 내지 5000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 왁스 2 내지 50중량부의 양으로 첨가되는 고급 지방산 아미드 및/또는 2가 금속염 및/또는 지방산의 에스테르 및/또는 300 내지 5000의 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 및 0.1 내지 7.0의 중량부의 파라핀으로 이루어진 혼합물을, 습식-건조법에 의해 폴리에스테르-유리 라미네이트를 제조할 수 있게 하는 스티렌 방출 억제제 및 동시에 개질제로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 특정 첨가제에 의한 수지의 개질을 수반하는 폴리에스테르-유리 라미네이트를 생성시키기 위한 스티렌 방출이 억제된 불포화된 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법:BOOC-A-COOB′ (1)상기식에서,이고, B는 CH3(CH2)x-를 나타내며, X는 11 내지 23이고, B′는 아비에트산, 레보피마르산, 네오아비에트산 및 팔루스트르산의 혼합물을 구성하는 로진의 분자로부터 수소를 제거함으로써 생성된기, 즉이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 혼합물 성분이 용융상태로 또는 개별적으로 수지에 첨가될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 혼합물 성분이 용매 중에 또는 유기 용매의 혼합물 중에 용해된 후에 수지에 첨가될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
