Claims (9)

  1. 유효량의 하기 일반식 Ⅰ또는 Ⅱ의 화합물 이들의 농학상 적합한 염과 계면활성체, 고체 또는 액체 회석계 중 1종 이상을 포함하는, 바람직하지 못한 식물의 성장 억제 조성물.
    상기 식 중, R1은 Cl, Br, , OCH3, OCHF3, OCF3또는 NO2이고, R2는 CN, CO2R4, CHO, C(X)NR17R16, C(S)OR6, C≡CH, CHR19OR20, CH=NOR7, CH=CR21R22, C(할로겐)=NOR7, C(NH2)=NOR7, C(CN)=NOR7, CHR19(할로겐), CHR19CN, CHR19C(=O)NH2, CHR19CO2H이거나, 또는 질소, 황 또는 산소중 1개 이상을 포함하고 CH3, CF3, OCH3,SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 5원 헤테로시클릭 고리이고, R3는 n-프로필 또는 C4-C7알킬 ; OR16, SR9, NR14R15, CO2(C1-C2알킬) 또는 페닐(여기서, 패닐은 CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환됨)로 치환된 C1-C2알킬 ; C3-C6시클로알킬 ; CH2(C3-C6시클로알킬) ; 각각 CH3, CF3,OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 페닐, 피리딜, 티에닐, 푸릴, 피라졸릴 또는 티아졸릴 ; 할로겐 또는 CO2(C1-C2알킬)중 1개 이상으로 임의치환된 C2-C6알케닐 ; OR12;SR13;NR14R15;C(=X)R12;
    ;또는 O-N=R30R31이고,
    R4는 H, C1-C2 알킬,또는이고,
    R6, R7, R8, R8, R10및 R11은 각각 H 또는 C1-C2알킬이고, R12은 각각 할로겐, OR8, SR9, CO2R23, C(O)NR24R23, CN, Si(CH3)3, C(R26)(OR27)(OR28) 또는 NR10R11중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 C1-C10알킬 ; 1-2개의 질소, 1개의 산소 및 1개의 황으로부터 선택된 헤테르 원자를 1 내지 2개 함유하고 각 고리가 F, Cl, Br, CH3, CF3, COH, 및 CN으로부터 선택된 1 내지 2개의 치환체로 임의 치환된 5원 또는 6원 헤테로시클릭 고리로 치환된 C1-C3알킬 ; C3-C6알킬 ; C3-C6알케닐 ; 또는 각각 CH3, CF3, OCH3, OR29, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이고, R14및 R15는 각각 H 또는 C1-C2알킬이거나, 또는 함께 이들이 결합된 질소원자를 공유하여 CH3,CH3, OCH3SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 피롤릴, 피페리디닐, 모르폴리닐, 피라졸릴 또는 이미다졸릴 고리를 형성할 수 있고, R16은 H, C1-C8알킬 ; CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 벤질 ; 또는 CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 패닐이고, R17은 H, C1-C2알킬, 또는 CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 패닐이고, R18은 H, C1-C2알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, CH2(C3-C6시클로알킬), O(C1-C4알킬), O-알릴이거나, 또는 R17과 함께 -(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5- 또는 -(CH2CH2OCH2CH2)-일 수 있고, R19는 H 또는 C1-C2알킬이고, R20은 H 또는 C(O)CH3이고, R21및 R19는 H 도는 C1-C2알킬이고, R20은 H 또는 C(O)CH3이고, R21및 R22는 각각 H, CN, CO2R4, C(X)NR17R18또는 할로겐이고, R23, R24, R25페닐이고, R27및 R28은 각각 C1-C3알킬이거나, 또는 1내지 2개의 CH3로 임의 치환된 -(CH2)2- 또는 -(CH2)3-일 수 있고, X는 0또는 S이고, R29는 각각 CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 패닐, 피리딜, 티아졸릴, 피라졸릴 또는 피톨릴이고, R30및 R31은 각각 H, C1-C10알킬 ; 또는 CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 패닐이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 Cl, Br 또는 I이고, R2가 CN, CO2H, CO2CH3, C02CH2CH3, CHO, C(O)NH2,- C(O)NHCH3, C(O)N(CH3)2, CH2OH 또는 CH=NOR7이고, R3이 n-프로필 ; C4-C7알킬 ; CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 패닐로 치환된 C2알킬 ; CH2(C3-C6시클로알킬) ; CH3, CF3, OCH3, SCH3또는 할로겐 중 1개 이상으로 임의 치환된 페닐 ; 또는 OR12이고, R12가 C2-C4알킬인 것인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 Cl 또는 Br이고, R22CN, CO2H 또는 C(O)NH2이고, R3이 C4-C7알킬, CH2(C3-C6시클로알킬) 또는 OR12인 것인 조성물
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물이 2-클로로-4-(2-메틸프로폭시)벤즈아미드인 것인 조성물
  5. 제1항 기재의 조성물 유효량을 보호되어야 할 장소에 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 바람직하지 못한 식물의 성장 억제 방법.
  6. 제2항 기재의 소정물 유효량을 보호되어야 할 장소에 사용하는 것을 포함하는 , 바람직하지 못한 식물의 성장 억제 방법.
  7. 제3항 기재의 소정물 유효량을 보호되어야 할 장소에 사용하는 것을 포함하는 , 바람직하지 못한 식물의 성장 억제 방법.
  8. 제4항 기재의 소정물 유효량을 보호되어야 할 장소에 사용하는 것을 포함하는 , 바람직하지 못한 식물의 성장 억제 방법.
