Abstract

본 발명은 기판간을 수직방향으로 직접 눌러서 휘어짐이 생기지 않고 고신뢰성의 전기적 접속을 행하는 저배구조의 기판용 컨넥터 및 기판접속방법을 제공한다.
기판용 컨넥터(10,10′)는 각기 기판(60a,60b)의 대향면에 형성된 랜드(61,62)에 바람직하기는 SMT 납땜 접속되는 약 L자형의 콘택트(50)를 가지는 제1및 제2컨넥터(20a,20b)를 포함한다. 제1컨넥터하우징(40a)은 길이 방향으로 요부(41)를 가지며, 탄성접속부재(30)를 개재하여 요부(41)내에 삽입된 제2컨넥터(20b)의 콘택트(50b)와 제1컨넥터(20a)의 콘택트(50a)의 대향하는 접촉부(52,52)간을 상호접속한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 기판용 컨넥터의 제1실시예를 도시하며, (A)는 결합상태의 사시도, (B)는 분해사시도, (C)는 정면도이다, 제2도는 제1(C)도의 선 A-A 및 B-B에 따른 단면도이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 기판접속방법의 설명도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 각기 복수의 랜드가 형성된 제1 및 제2기판의 상기 랜드간을 상호접속하는 기판용 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 제1기판의 상기 랜드에 접속되는 복수의 콘택트와, 상기 제2기판의 상기 랜드에 접속되는 복수의 콘택트와, 상기 제1및 제2기판의 상기 콘택트의 접촉부사이에 삽입되어, 상기 콘택트사이를 상호접속하는 탄성접속부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판용 컨넥터.
  2. 상기 제1기판 및 제2기판의 랜드에 접속되는 콘택트는 각기 들어가는 상자형의 제1및 제2컨넥터에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기판용 컨넥터.
  3. 상기 제1 및 제2컨넥터의 적어도 일종단에는 각기 정렬용 포스트가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 기판용 컨넥터.
  4. 상기 제1 및 제2기판의 랜드에 접속되는 콘택트는 개구를 가진 가늘고 긴 하우징의 상기 개구내벽 및 각각의 반대측의 주요면에 약L자 형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기판용 컨넥터.
  5. 상기 탕성접촉부재는 상기 하우징의 상기 개구에 삽입되는 약 막대형 일래스토머코어와, 그 외주에 배치되는 플렉시블 회로기판에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제4항의 기판용 컨넥터.
  6. 각기 복수의 랜드가 형성된 제1 및 제2기판의 상기 랜드간을 상호접속하는 기판용 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 제1기판에 취부되어 상기 랜드에 접속되는 복수의 제1콘택트를 가짐과 동시에 길이방향에 요부를 가지는 제1하우징과, 상기 제2기판에 취부되어 상기 랜드에 접속되는 복수의 제2콘택트를 가지고, 상기 제1하우징의 상기 요부내에 수요되는 제2하우징과, 상기 제2하우징이 수용된 상기 제1하우징의 상기 요부내에 삽입되어 상기 제1 및 제2콘택트의 접촉부사이를 상호접속하는 탄성접속부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판용 컨넥터.
  7. 접속부를 가진 제1컨넥터의 복수의 콘택트의 상기 접속부를 제1기판의 랜드에 접속하는 것과, 접속부를 가진 제2컨넥터의 복수의 콘택트의 상기 접속부를 제2기판의 랜드에 접속하는 것과, 상기 제2컨넥터를 상기 제1컨넥터의 길이방향에 형성된 요부에 가늘고 긴 탄성접속부재와 함께 삽입하여 상기 제1 및 제2컨넥터의 상기 양 콘택트의 서로 대향하는 접촉부간을 상호접속하는 것으로 구성되는, 상기 제1및 제2기판의 상기 랜드간을 상호접속하는 기판접속방법.
