Abstract

본 발명은 고강도 이형봉강 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 열간압연에 의하여 외경에 나선상 돌기를 갖는 마디압연가공된 콘크리트용 이형봉강 또는 선재의 소재를 상기 열간압연마디가 남는 것같은 감면률로 진원가공(眞圓加工)하고 상기 열간압연된 나선상 돌기의 마디의 나선 비틀림 방향과 반대 비틀림 방향의 복수마디의 나선상 홈을 낸후에 담금질·뜨임열처리를 하여 콘크리트용 철근, 특히 PS콘크리트(prestressed concrete)용 철근으로서 전조나사가공 또는 크로스 와이어 용접등을 하여 사용되고 또 콘크리트와의 부착강도가 필요하게 되는 고강도 이형봉강을 제공하는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명 실시예의 고부착ㆍ고강도 이형봉강의 외관도, 제2도는 본 발명 실시예의 제조공정도.

Claims (5)

  1. 열간압연에 의하여 외경에 나선상 돌기를 갖는 마디압연가공된 콘크리트용 이형봉강 또는 선재의 소재를 상기 열간압연마디가 남는 것 같은 감면률로 진원가공(眞圓加工)한 후 담금질·뜨임열처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고부착·고강도 이형봉강.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진원가공시에 상기 열간압연된 나선상 돌기의 마디의 나선비틀림방향과 반대비틀림 방향의 복수마디의 나선상 홈을 낸 것을 특징으로 하는 고부착ㆍ고강도 이형봉강.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중량비로 C : 0.1∼0.6%, Si : 0.15∼2.00%, Mn : 0.6∼2.00%, Cr : 0.6%이하를 포함하고 전부가 철 및 불가피불순물로 된 5∼50㎜직경의 강봉 또는 선재로서, 인장강도 930N/㎟이상, 항복점 785N/㎟이상으로 열처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고부착ㆍ고강도 이형봉강.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열간압연에 의하여 외경에 나선상 돌기를 갖는 마디압연가공된 콘크리트용 이형봉강 또는 이형선재를 상기 열간압연마디가 남는 것 같은 감면률로 인발한후, 상기 봉강 또는 선재를 연속이송하면서 고주파유도가열수단 또는 직접통전수단에 의하여 전체단면을 담금질온도까지 급속가열한후 급속냉각하여 담금질하고, 다시 고주파 유도가열수단 또는 직접통전수단에 의하여 뜨임온도까지 급속가열한후 급속냉각하여 뜨임처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고부착ㆍ고강도 이형봉강의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인발가공시 내경에 상기 마디의 나선비틀림방향과 반대방향의 비틀린 복수마디의 나선상 돌기를 갖는 둥근 다이스를 사용하여 상기 열간압연마디가 남는 것 같은 감면률로 인발한후 상기 열처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고부착·고강도 이형봉강의 제조방법.
