Abstract

본 발명은 재순환 폴리올을 사용하여 증가된 오픈 셀 비율 및 감소된 수축성을 가지는 경질 내지 반경질 폴리우레탄 포움을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 이러한 방법에 의해 제조되는 경질 내지 반경질 폴리우레탄포움에 관한 것이다.

증가된 오픈 셀 함량 및 감소된 수축성을 가지는 경질 내지 반경질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. a)유기 및/또는 변형된 폴리이소시아네이트와, b)최소한 두개의 반응성 수소원자를 포함하는 최소한 하나의 비교적 고분자량 화합물 및 바람직하게는, c)저분자량 사슬연장제 및/또는 가교제를, d)촉매, e)바람직하게는, 발포제, 및 f)바람직하게는, 보조제 및/또는 첨가제의 존재하에서 반응시킴으로서, 증가된 함량의 오픈셀 및 감소된 수축성을 가지는 경질 내지 반감성 폴리우레탄 포움을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 성분b)가 특별한 셀 오프닝제를 사용하지 않고 글리시딜에테르를 사용하여 폴리우페탄 및/또는 폴리우레아-폴리 우레탄을 글리콜 분해하여 얻어지는 최소한 하나의 재순환 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재순환 폴리올을 성분 b)의 전체량에 기하여 최소한 30중량%의 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 재순환 폴리올이 가요성 폴리우레탄 포움의 글리콜분해에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일작용성 및/또는 이작용성 글리시딜 에테르가 재순환 폴리올의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 재순환 폴리올이 낮은 아민함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. a)유기 및/또는 변형된 폴리이소시아네이트와 b)최소한 두개의 반응성 수소원자를 포함하는 최소한 하나의 비교적 고분자량 화합물 및 바람직하게는, c)저분자량 사슬연장제 및/또는 가교제를, d)촉매, e)바람직하게는, 발포제, 및 f)바람직하게는, 보조제 및/또는 첨가제의 존재하에서 반응시키며, 성분 b)가 특별한 셀 오프닝제를 사용하지 않고 글리시딜에테르를 사용하여 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 폴리우레탄을 글리콜분해하여 얻어진 최소한 하나의 재순환 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 증가된 함량의 오픈셀 및 감소된 수축성을 가지는 경질 내지 반감성 폴리우레탄 포움.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 재순환 폴리올을 성분 b)의 전체량에 기하여 최소한 30중량%의 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 내지 반경질 폴리우레탄 포움.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 재순환 폴리올을 최소한 20%의 오픈 셀비율을 가지는 경질 내지 반경질 폴리우레탄 포움.
