Claims (10)
- a)폴리이소시아네이트를 b)i)지방산의 염기성 폴리올과의 염, 및 ii)비관능성 지방산 에스테르 및(또는)탄화수소로 이루어지는 혼합물, 및 임의로, c)이소시나네이트에 대해 활성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 함유하는 분자량 62 내지 399인 화합물, 및 임의로, d)이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 함유하는 분자량 400 내지 10,000인 화합물과 임의로, e)발포제, 촉매, 공지된 기타 공정 물질 및 첨가제 존재하에 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 임의로 기포성인 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비관능성 지방산 에스테르가 천연 지방산 글리세리드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 폴리올이 OH수가 50 보다 큰 폴리올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 폴리올이 OH수가 400 보다 큰 폴리올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 폴리올이 염기성 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 폴리에테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산이 탄소 원자수가 9보다 큰 모노카르복실산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비관능성 탄화수소가 비점이 200℃보다 높고, 융점이 100℃ 미만인 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비관능성 탄화수소가 폴리올레핀인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리우레탄.
