Claims (11)
- 5-치환 히단토인 유도체를 약 550℃ 이상의 온도에서 고온성 바실러스 스티아로더모필러스(Bacillus stearot hermophilus)SD-1의 효소와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대응하는 N-카르바모일-D-아미노산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 바실러스 스티아로더모필러스 DS-1 균체 자체 또는 그의 변형물인 것을 이용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균체 또는 그의 변형물은 고정화된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 바실러스 스티아로더모필러스 SD-1 유래의 추출물, 부분 정제, 또는 완전 정제된 효소인 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 추출물, 부분 정제, 또는 완전 정제된 효소는 담체에 고정화된 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리게이트인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 히단토인 가수 분해 효소(히단토이나제)인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-치환 히단토인 유도체는 DL-5-(파라-히드록시페닐)히단토인, DL-5-(2'-메틸티오에틸렌)히단토인, DL-5-페닐히단토인, 또는 DL-5-이소프로필히단토인인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-카르바모일-D-아미노산은 N-카르바모일-D-파라-히드록시페닐 글리신, N-카르바모일-D-메티오닌, N-카르바모일-D-페닐글리-신, 또는 N-카르바모일-D-발린인 것인 방법.
- 바실러스 스티아로더모필러스 SD-1 유래의 추출물, 부분 정제, 또는 완전 정제된 효소를 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리게이트에 고정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소의 제조 방법.
- 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리케이트에 고정화된 것이 특징인 바실러스 스티아로더모필러스 SD-1의 효소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
