Abstract
소형화가 가능한 초음파 핑거로서, 핑거의 직경이 16mm이상이고 제조원가가 높다는 문제점을 해소하기 위해, 전계에 비례하여 왜곡이 발생하는 압전재료의 길이 방향으로 신축이 가능한 바이모르프 진동소자를 진동부로서 사용하고, 이 바이모르프 진동 소자의 자유진동이 가능하게 유동성의 실리콘 고무로 몰딩하여, 송신 주파수를 50KHz로, 또 진동소자의 직경을 7∼8mm로 제조하였다.As a miniaturized ultrasonic finger, in order to solve the problem that the diameter of the finger is 16 mm or more and the manufacturing cost is high, the bimorph vibration element that can be stretched in the longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric material that causes distortion in proportion to the electric field is used as the vibration part.
