Claims (10)
- 분자당, 하기 일반식 (A)의 구조단위 1종이상 및 하기 일반식(B)구조 단위 1종이상을 (A)/(B)몰비 1/0.25∼1/9로 함유하며, 상기 구조단위들이 직접 또는 1종이상의 유기기를 통해 서로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 화합물:[식중, R1은 메틸기, 시클로헥실기, 비치환된 페닐기 또는 1종이상의 치환체로 치환된 페닐기이며, 방향족 고리(A)에서 히드록시기에 대해 o-위치상의 수소원자 1개를 제외하고 방향족 고리 (A) 및 (B)상의 각 수소원자는 임의로 치환체로 치환될 수 있다]
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자당 구조단위(류) (A)의 수가 m이고, 분자당 구조단위(류) (B)의 수가 n이며, 단 m≥1, n≥1이며 10≥m+n≥2인 열경화성 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조 단위가 알킬렌기를 통해 결합되는 열경화성 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알킬렌기가 하기 일반식(C)의 기인 열경화성 화합물:[식중, R2는 수소원자, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 이소프로필기, 비치환된 페닐기, 또는 1종이상의 치환체로 치환된 페닐기이다]
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조 단위가 2가 방향족기를 통해 결합되는 열경화성 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2가 방향족기가 크실렌기인 열경화성 화합물.
- 1차 아민 및 포름 알데히드를, 각 히드록시페닐렌기상의 수소 원자가 히드록실기에 대한 1이상의 o-위치에 결합된 히드록시페닐렌기를 분자당 2개이상 함유하는 화합물과 반응시키며, 분자당 2이상의 히드록시페닐렌기를 함유하는 상기 화합물상의 히드록시페닐렌기의 히드록실기 1몰 기준으로, 상기 1차 아민이 0.2∼0.9몰이고 상기 포름알데히드는 아민 몰량의 2배 이상임을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 열경화성 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분자당 2이상의 히드록시페닐렌기를 함유하는 화합물이, 수평균 분자량이 200∼3000인 페놀 노볼랙 수지인 열경화성 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 1차 아민이 아닐린이 열경화성 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 열경화성 화합물로부터 수득된 경화물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
