Claims (14)
- 알칸온 및/또는 알칸올을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 분해중에 8. 5 이상의 pH를 갖는 분리된 수상이 존재하고 촉매 금속은 Mn, Fe, Ce, Ni및 Cu로 구성된 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 담체 물질은 상기 분리된 염기성 수상의 존재시 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는 3내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알칸 및/또는 알켄올 산소와 함께 산화시켜 알킬히드로퍼옥시드를 형성하고, 담체 물질상에서 움직이지 않는 금속 화합물을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 형성된 알킬히드로퍼옥시드를 분해하여 알칸온 및/또는 알칸올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체 물질이 무기 담체 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 담체 물질이 TiO2, ZrO2, MnO2및 탄소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담체 물질에 대한 금속의 중량 % 가 0. 2내지 4중량 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 수용액이 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 금속 탄산염 및/또는 알칼리 금속 인산염을 함유하는 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 혼합물과 수상의 중량비가 100 : 1 내지 1 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수상의 pH 가 9 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분해가 패킹된 베드 반응기내에서 일어나고 촉매가 0.7 내지 3 mm 의 입자 크기를 갖는 입자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칸이 6 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 시클로알칸인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시를로알칸이 시클로헥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 수상이 용해된 탄산나트륨을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속적인 방법에서 상기 수상이 분해단계 후에 분리되며, 분해단계로 부분적으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 수상이 알칼리 금속 탄산염을 함유하며, 상기 수상은 550 내지 1200℃ 에서 분해한 후 연소되며, 고체 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 수득되어 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 염기성 수용액을 제조하는데 재사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
