Abstract
본 발명은 종래의 자동차에 가속과 제동을 하기 위하여 설치되는 엑셀레이터 페달과 브레이크 페달의 각각 독립적인 기능에 의해 운전자가 엑셀레이터 페달을 브레이크 페달로 오인하고 밟았을 경우에 나타났던 사고로 인해 인적피해 및 물적피해를 최소한으로 줄이기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 마스터실린더의 피스톤을 밀어주는 피스톤 로드의 외측으로 래크를 결합하고 래크의 구동은 구동모터의 피니언에 의해 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 운전자가 착각에 의해 엑셀레이터를 강력하게 밟았을 경우라도 래크가 전진하면서 피스톤을 밀게되어 제동이 될 수 있도록 함으로서 급박한 상황에서의 사고로 인한 물적, 인적피해를 최소한으로 줄일 수 있도록 하는 자동차의 안전 브레이크장치를 제공한다.According to the present invention, the personal injury and physical damage due to an accident that appeared when the driver misunderstood and pressed the accelerator pedal as a brake pedal by independent functions of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal installed to accelerate and brake the conventional vehicle.
