Description
Claims (14)
- 용기의 구멍을 통해 가스가 흐르게 함으로써 용기내의 챔버에 가스를 충전하는데 사용하는 충전장치에 있어서, 충전 헤드와; 상기 충전 헤드를 통해 가스 흐름을 유입하고 챔버를 충전시키는 동안 용기의 구멍과 연통되는 배출구를 구비하는 통로를 형성하는 수단과; 상기 충전 헤드와 용기 사이를 가스 기밀시키고, 상기 충전 헤드와 연결되는 표면 수단을 포함하며, 용기내의 챔버를 충전하는 동안 가스 흐름이 통과하는 용기의 구멍 둘레의 용기 재료를 압입하도록 상기 통로 배출구 둘레로 연장되는 밀봉 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압 작용 조건하에 상기 표면 수단을 용기 재료에 가압하기 위하여 상기 충전 헤드와 연결된 피스톤과 실린더 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 수단은 용기 재료를 압입할 수 있도록 용기 구멍 둘레의 용기 재료의 경도보다 높은 경도를 가지는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 충전 헤드에 힘을 가하여 용기 구멍 둘레의 재료에 상기 표면 수단을 가압하는 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 표면 수단으로 상기 용기 재료를 압입하는 동안 용기가 이동하지 않도록 유지하는 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 수단은, 상기 충전 수단과 연결되어 상기 통로 출구를 경계지우는 환형 릿지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 랜드부와 그 랜드부로부터 대향 방향으로 경사진 측부를 구비하며, 상기 통로 출구 둘레로 연장되는 릿지를 형성하는 상기 표면 수단을 구비하는 충전 장치로서, 용기 재로에 용기 구멍 둘레로 연장되는 상기 릿지를 가압하는 수단을 또한 포함하며, 상기 용기 재료에 상기 릿지를 가압함에 따라 상기 랜드부와, 상기 릿지의 상기 측부가 용기 재료를 소성 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전 헤드내의 통로로 산화제 가스 흐름과 가연성 가스 흐름을 유입하기 위해 상기 충전 헤드내의 통로와 유체 연통되는 가스 공급 도관 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가스 공급 도관 수단을 비우기 위하여, 상기 가스 공급 도관 수단으로부터 산화제 가스 흐름과 가연성 가스 흐름을 유입하는 부가적인 도관 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 장치.
- 용기내의 챔버에 가스를 충전하는 충전방법에 있어서, 충전 헤드로 용기 구멍 둘레의 재료를 압입함으로서 충전 헤드와 용기 사이에 밀봉부를 형성하는 단계와; 충전 헤드를 거쳐 용기 구멍을 통하여 용기내의 챔버내로 가스 흐름을 유입하는 단계와; 가스가 충전 헤드를 통해 흐르는 동안 용기 구멍 둘레의 압입된 용기 재료와 충전 헤드를 맞물리게 함으로써 충전 헤드와 용기 사이의 밀봉부를 통과하는 가스 흐름을 막는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용기 구멍 둘레의 재료를 충전 헤드로 압입함으로써 충전 헤드와 용기 사이에 밀봉부를 형성하는 단계는, 충전 헤드 구멍 둘레로 연장되는 릿지로 용기 구멍 둘레의 재료를 소성 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 충전 헤드를 통해 용기내의 챔버내로 가스 흐름을 유입하는 단계는, 충전 헤드를 통해 용기내의 챔버내로 산화제 가스 흐름과 인화성 가스 흐름을 유입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 충전 헤드와 용기 사이에 밀봉부를 형성하는 단계는, 충전 헤드의 일부를 형성하며 용기와 마주한 충전 헤드 구멍 둘레로 연장되는 연속적인 릿지 재료를 용기 구멍 둘레의 용기 재료를 연속적인 링 형태로 소성 변형시키기에 충분한 힘으로 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 충전 헤드를 통해 상기 용기내의 상기 챔버내로 가스 흐름을 유입하는 단계는, 충전 헤드의 구멍을 거쳐 상기 충전 헤드의 일부를 형성하는 연속적인 릿지 재료로 둘러싸인 충전 헤드와 용기 사이의 공간을 통해 가스 흐름을 유입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
