Claims (3)
- 용사장치(flame spray apparatus)에 있어서, 이 용사장치는 연료노즐 앗셈블리를 그속에 구비한 모체부를 가지며, 이 연료노즐 앗셈블리는 입구와 출구를 갖는 축상의 분말 유입용 보어(axial powder bore) 구멍을 이루고, 상기 분말 유입용 보어를 둘러싸면서 상기 분말 유입용 보어 출구에 인접한 입구와 출구를 가지는 별도의 연료통로(separate fuel passage)를 구비하며, 또한 상기 분말과 연료가스통로 출구에 인접한 입구와 출구를 가진 상기 분발유입용 보어를 둘러싸는 별도의 산화제 가스통로(separate oxidant gas passage)를 구비하고 ; 입자흐름(particle stream)을 운반하기 위한 길게 뻗은 배출용 바렐(barrel)을 가지며, 이 길게 뻗은 배출용 바렐은 상기 분말유입용 보어와 도축정렬된 보어(bore)를 구비하고 ; 상기 분말유입용 보어의 반대측에 상기 연료 및 산화제 가스통로 출구와 연통되는 좁아지는 연소역(confined combunstion zone)을 구비하고 ; 상기 입자화된 공급재료, 연료가스 및 산화제 가스는 각각 별도로 상기 인접출구를 통해서 쉽게 연소역으로 들어가며, 또한 연소역에서 상기 입자화된 공급재료를 연소에 의해 가열하고 상기 길게 뻗은 배출용 바렐을 통해 상기 가열된 공급재료가 목표를 향하여 가속화된 입자흐름으로 되도록 한 초음속 용사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료노즐 앗셈블리는 상기 좁아지는 연소역을 이루도록 그 벽이 구성되고 또한 그 속에서 상기 분말유입용 보어 출구와 상기 연료 및 산화제 가스 통로출구는 단일 평면상에서 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음속 용사장치.
- 고급재료를 수납하는 몸체부를 가진 열분사장치는 가열되어 입자화된 공급재료를 가속화시키기 위한 열분사용 건(thermal spray gun)을 가지고, 이 열분사용 건에는 추구를 가진 바렐과, 공급재료가 가열되는 가열력이 구비되며 ; 또한, 상기 열분사용 건에서 용융금속이 가열되어 입자화되는 공급재료 흐름이 되도록 용융금속을 공급하기 위한 상기 바렐출구를 위한 인접된 금속제 공급재료 공급장치를 구비하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음속 열분사장치.
